Lately my amazfit gts says it's deactivated and doesn't sync with the phone. After i click activate it applies previous settings and my steps turns 0. Anyone has similar problem? My amazfit and mi fit apps are updated and i made settings for them to work background always. I think i found the problem, i bought huawei freebuds 3 headphones and when I used it my watch is disabled after that. I deleted bluetooth devices and added again, deleted app and reinstalled but it's still same.

It works perfectly but you cannot pair with your phone?!? If it is paired with another phone, you must first unpair.

It is connected to phone but I really don't know how. I activated all notifications for apps including Whatsapp and my watch doesn't receive any messages.
Nontheles, on the phone app it appears as "connected". When I open the Bluetooth setting on my phone it doesn't appear the gtr under devices.... So, no idea.

Someone in the Global Amazfit group on Facebook reported a similar problem... IIRIC, he fixed it by unpairing the watch, re-installing the app and pairing again.

I have purchased amazfit gtr 47mm and tried to pair it with my android device (ASUS zenfone max pro m2) running android 9. It tries to connect to it but then try again screen comes up. Then i searched the internet for it and found out that firmware is not supported in 8.1+ android so I connect it with the device running android 6 (Motorola G3) and it connects to it successfully and then I updated the firmware of the watch to the latest version.
Then I unpair the watch from the MOTO device and tried pairing it with mine but it still not able to connect with my device. Them i tried connecting it with the same MOTO device then again it is not able to connect to it.
Please help me connect this watch.

It should pair with yous Asus device no problem. I am using mine with a zuk phone running Android 10 and have no problems pairing.
Make sure to tap on the pairing notification on the watch when trying to pair.
If you can get it paired with one device just download the app on the other device and log in. No need to unpair. Switch off whatever device you don't want to use the watch with and it will work fine with your other device.
By the way if you are going to be using the watch for sports tracking using GPS I'd advise you to send the watch back as soon as possible as the GPS is practically useless on this watch

I have done all the things that you have mentioned already. And i am facing this issue for the third time as I have ordered this watch for the third time. But still finding no luck pairing it with my own device.
I have tried pairing my device with other amazfit watched like Amazfit Bip it connects seamlessly. I am just having the problem pairing GTR with my device.
did you found solution? i have galaxy S9 and in settings of phone its paired but in amazfit app app cannot found/connect to watch

Turn on GPS
This may sound silly, but that worked for me.
Turn on the GPS in your phone when trying to pair with GTR.
It worked for me.

Amazfit gtr connection problem
Hi guy, i have amzfit gts and amazfit gtr on the same Amazfit app.
Gts connect alway when i turn on bluetooth while gtr dont connect to smartphone without press gps.
This is the problem.
i have galaxy S9 and in settings of phone its paired with watch but in amazfit app app cannot found/connect to watch

I have the same problem. But my phone is ASUS Zenfone 4. I cant pair the phone with amazfit app.
What can I do?
I have a Galaxy S9 and have no problem. Try unpairing the bluetooth on the phone. Don't pair the bluetooth, but use the Amazfit app to pair the watch. If you need the normal blue tooth afterward then pair it once paired with the app.

Someone has suggested making sure your Phone GPS is turned on. Worth a try.
Yes i read it on other post yesterday, and i turned ON gps on phone and NOW IT WORKS found watch after few secs

My amazfit GTR 2 smartwatch is not alerting me when my android phone Bluetooth is disconnected or my phone is out of range. Is this feature missing for this model or How to enable this feature if it exists? FYI I'm using ZEPP app on my android phone.

when I tried to control my lights via Alexa from my Amazfit Bip U Pro, I've got answer: i didn't find any smart home devices under account..
From Alexa app everything fine and working.
Any ideas?
