Huawei G6-U00 Hardbricked - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello. I have a problem. I updated my Huawei G6 to the B189 firmware (that one famous for bricking)
The update halted and the phone is now showing as qualcomm hsusb 9008. I tried every flashtool, but nothing works. Please help

Do a Factory Reset

Cant do factory reset
The phone is hardbricked that means its like dead but it isnt so i cant access recovery, fastboot or turn the phone on

See if QPST, mostly QFIL can fix it. Should be able to. Having your firmware in the right format may be your biggest hurdle.
QPST and QXDM:

Use at your own risk. May need to turn off real-time protection
Also, try holding vol- and power for as long as 5 minutes. I waited about 4 and a half minutes to get a Note 8 out of edl. Not saying it'll work, but if it does you'll likely need to hold on to those 2 buttons a lot longer than you think you should.

[Q] LG L31L (aka F70, Access 4G LTE) Won't Turn On

Hey guys, I'm new to this site and I hope this is being posted in the correct area and I apologize if it's not.
Anyway, I have an LG Access 4G LTE StraightTalk android phone. The other day, I rooted it and everything worked fine and I was having a good time editing things and customizing. Last night, I download the Clockwork Recovery Mod app and my intention was to reboot into the CWR mode and install a zip file for a custom animation, (and yes, I know how simple it is normally, but this one required extra steps). Now, seeing as my phone is relatively new (February 2014 release) I figured I could've gotten a recovery module from a similar phone. Wrong! I'm pretty sure there was a warning that advised against it, but I didn't listen. I clicked "reboot into clockwork mode" and my phone screen went black and hasn't come back on at all. No power buttons, or combinations will work. However, when I took out my battery and plugged in my charger, it shows an empty battery with a charger plugged in and a large yellow triangle with a question mark in it. While it is in this state, if I hold the power on button or any other sequences, the screen goes black and displays the same symbol again. When I plug the battery into it, the symbol goes away, and nothing happens. Although, when I plug it into my computer with the battery inside and all, I can hear my computer making the "something is connected sound" then like 10 seconds after, "something was disconnected". You know, like when you plug and unplug a flash drive or something. It's also worth noting that I don't have an SD Card so all of my rooting and download was done onto my internal memory....... I'm boned right now. Can anybody help?
the same problem

I think you're confused. My phone won't turn on at all. The screen is black and it will not power on. I don't see anything in the device manager when it's plugged in. My laptop makes the sounds but nothing happens. And I read your post and to confirm, we both have the Straight talk LG F70, also known as the LG Access 4g LTE. So we have similar situations with the same phone.
Sorry I don't understand why you say i confused maybe my english is'nt good enought
My phone won't turn on at all even not batery image but in the device manager
I have Qualcomm, HS-USB QDLoader 9008
I break my phone because I do worst experiments and I know the consecuencies
I backup all original partitions I can give you if you find the way to restore it
this phone and all qualcom from nowdays has 2 dead modes 9008 & 9006
In this post explained
for the mode 9008 the oficial tool for all is QPST
rusian post about
If you check that nothing in the device manager you can have QHUSB 9008 mode but i cant do anything in it for the moment this mode is really hard to work it
The test point for this LG to force in 9008 go in atachment.
The only form I know to save your phone If you achived somethink like a disk with ext partitions that windows don't recognize when you conect to pc
I have the original recovery and then you flash it
I flash a custom recovery but this don't break the phone exept the recovery because
you have to unlock bootloader to do this and i did'nt
Also for a custom animation the only needed is root and is stored in /system/media/bootanimation.zip
Is there a thread for this phone anywhere?
Found one last night in a car I just bought, it is locked with PIN, no SIM card was dead so not a current phone and dude hosed me on car deal so a toy for me...

[Q] Bricked Lg G2

Hi there! I'm a stupid-stupid person. I was trying to get Lollipop faster, so I tried to flash lollipop on my phone.
I managed to root it, but haven't done any backup, except for media and contacts.
I'll try to explain what I've done.
So I rooted the phone, entered the download mode and then I tried to flash it using LG Flash Tool 2014.
When in download mode, it was stuck at 0%, so I didn't wait to go ahead, I tried to flash it.
Now, the flash failed several times. The phone was alright then.
Further, I tried again and at some point something happened, it got to two percent, it wrote COM4 and then it failed. It might have been my antivirus that stopped the process, I'm not sure.
Well, now I have a useless phone. It keeps showing the LG logo.
The hard reset doesn't work, it's not recognized in Device manager, and it doesn't work download mode.
When I try to power it off it does so only after a long press. At first, when the screen goes black, if I release the power switch, then it will reboot again. If I press it long enough, the phone will power off.
I'm desperate, of course.
The phone was running Kitkat.

So my Lenovo S60a ran out of battery and when I got to the hotel and plugged it in to power, it got stuck at the LENOVO boot logo. After a few hours and several reboots, if finally "woke up", but I found out that it had no baseband and everything was missing... Like a factory reset. Since the phone still has warranty, I called my local Lenovo authorized service, explained them the problem and they told me to upgrade from 4.4.4 to 5.0.2 OTA, so the new baseband will flash over the unknows/unexistent one. I started the update and it got stuck at 75% for 15 minutes or so, then it shut down with a long vibration and that was it, like it's last breath.
I plugged it into QFIL and instead of Quallcom HS-USB QDloader 9008/9006, it appears as Marshall London HS-USB Diagnostics 9006.
I don't really want to get it to the service like my last phone, just to wait 2 weeks, call them and get the answer "We can't do anything, it's dead".
If it's just a problem that requires even a harder method of flashing, I am willing to try it.
Looking forward for help, apreciating any answer/oppinion and thank you in advance.

Bricked and weird issue

Hi, i use the latest CM ROM for K910 for a quite long time. yesterday i dropped my phone and it crack my screen. was sending it for repair and now the phone wont load normally and it stays in CM loading screen and never boot up. With the cracked phone i use it for a day and sent it to the local shops to replace it.
so i managed to boot it into fastboot but sadly i cant do anything due to the bootloader is locked. all i can do is to unbrick it using the qualcomm resets which requires me to made some pin grounding and plug in the usb which allow me to use QFIL.exe to reset the phone into the very stock rom like in the factory.
after the reset it was working as it should but something is not right, the phone cant be used with its touchscreen, wont charge when it sleep and when ever the phone start to get dark when theres no input, it will stop charging and the screen wont turn on again. both when i boot the phone and when i turn off the phone and charge it. im not sure how to troubleshooting as i never encounter in my experiences. also, it will drain my battery. if i plug in my pc it will detect as Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 9006 or Marshall London HS-USB Diagnostics 9006
anyone have solution for this or any idea?
Thanks in advance

Stuck in bootloop Neffos X1. No recovery mode.

Hello community,
I haven't posted here before, so I hope I'm not doing anything wrong.
I have a problem with my Neffos X1 and after browsing the internet for hours nothing helped so far, so I hope some of you can help me out.
My phone is stuck in a bootloop since yesterday evening. I haven't done any updates or new installations recently, so it just happened out of the blue. It loads till the Neffos logo and then restarts over and over again.
Since I can't take the battery out, I tried letting it run out of energy and then restart, but as soon as I connect it to a power source the bootloop will start again.
I read a lot about getting it in recovery mode or to try and flash it, but no matter what combination of buttons I try, nothing is happening. The phone basically doesn't react to anything and just keeps restarting. The only thing I noticed is, that when pushing both volume keys the screen will just stay black (no restarting), but after letting go the bootloop will start again.
I tried flashing it via SP Flash Tools, but the phone also doesn't react to it.
Lots of troubleshooting guides also require, that I have rooted my phone in the past, unfortunatly I haven't. I also read about unlocking the bootloader, but since my phone isn't reacting to any buttons and my laptop also doesn't seem to recognize my phone (probably because it doesn't boot proberly), that doesn't seem like a solution either.
To summarize: I'm stuck in a bootloop with no recovery mode, no rooting, no unlocking bootloader, probably can only use my laptop to do anything remotely.
So, is there anything you can think of, that might help me get out of the bootloop? Or ideas of what I may did wrong when trying the other solutions?
Thanks for any help in advance.
Same problem
I have the same problem, I have tried all kinds of soft reset and nothing is working I also opened the phone to check if anything was not connected properly, but everything seems fine except for that infinite loop. Please help!

Try this
Download phone's Stock Firmware onto your personal computer.
Install the USB MTK Drivers - NOT ANY OTHERS (skip if you have them already installed).
Download and Launch the Smart Phone Flash Tool (SP Flash Tool)
Click the Scatter-loading button to navigate to the Stock Rom you just downloaded.
Select the Scatter File from the extracted Stock Firmware on your computer.
Select the Download Only in the SP flash tool option
Click the Download button to start the Formating process.
Connect your phone via USB to the computer>> holding volume + and volume – button of your phone at the same time or holding power button only so that the flashing process will starting working
Patiently wait for your device to be formatted.
After the formatting is done, a Big Green button will pop up on the SP Flash to show that.
Unplug phone and boot it up.
If you have a boot loop after booting your device, boot into recovery mode and do a factory reset.
Voila, you are all good.
