No they don't unfortunately. It's very random when you get notifications. Sometimes it works for a few hours then they just stop. Then they start again randomly.

I sold the Chinese model and got the Global model today. Global rom is so much better, all notifications works.

DIsplay compatibility

Hi guys, i've broken the display on my Redmi Note 3 Pro this morning, it fell and it's all cracked. It still works and i've found someone who can replace it but i need to buy a new one, the full thing display+touchscreen. The problem is that from where i come from, Xiaomi is quite rare and the real posibility is to order it from Aliexpress, but i have to wait weeks for it. I found a local vendor that sells Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 displays, not the Pro one, but the MTK version.
My question is: Are the two versions compatible with each other? Does the Redmi Note 3 display fit and function on a Redmi Note 3 Pro smartphone?
Thanks in regard.

Xiaomi blackshark theme

Hello everyone, here I am happy pocessor of a xiaomi blackshark global version, after spending weeks watching tests and others, I am disappointed to receive a phone without black / green black / black theme of the Chinese / English version, some of you will be able to put it on, knowing that the phone turns out to be Joy ui and not miui.
Thank you in advance for your help .
Thanks brother

Freebuds pro 2 Compatibility

Hey Guys
So I have a Huawei Mate 20 Pro, purchased in the UK.
I am very interested in the Freebuds 2 Pro however as I'm sure your aware they aren't available global yet, only a Chinese version released.
I don't mind ordering the Chinese versions but I just wanted to check if there are any known compatibility issues with a non-Chinese Mate 20 Pro.
I've read about compatiblity issues with phones that do not have Bluetooth 5.0 (Mate 20 Pro does so that's ok), read about issues with the software version having to be above 171 for the HWA to work (my mate 20 pro is over this version).
Is there anything else I need to consider before I make the purchase? Is there going to be an issue with languge in some way? I know there's no display but possibly voice commands or recognition issues for the English language?
Any help would be great, I'm guessing I'm not the only one wondering on a global release date.

Hey
I do have the freebuds 2 pro and a LYA-L29 with 187 firmware.
They fit perfectly with one another.
No issues and better than with my P20 pro.
I really can recommend them.
I think the only disadvantage is the short battery life from about one hour.
But they are very quick rechargeable with its box.

Thanks Orlando, my mate 20 Pro is LYA-L09, not sure what the difference is between the LYA-L29? is it only dual sim difference? I'm running with 187 firmware too, so this is good to hear.
I assume you are located outside of China right?

Yes, it is the dual functionality only.
And also yes. Not in China ?
That is the reason why it is really difficult for me to use the companion app to update the firmware on the buds ?, but thank God there is Google Lens ?

I can't seem to get mine to pair with my P30 Pro. I press the button, white led flashes, nothing appears in the bluetooth list of devices. Any ideas?
Edit: 10 mins later they just appeared with no issue. All seems fine now!
I recently bought some Freebuds 2 Pro, So far i'm impressed with them. They work great with my UK Mate 20 Pro, and i'm on 9.0.0.210.
Audio quality is excellent, but not noticed a difference with HWA turned on.
How is call quality with freebuds 2 pro especially in noisy environments? And what is bone id anyway!

Recommend

Hi peeps, do you recommend this phone or the realme 6 pro? I'm stuck deciding between the two. Thank you for all help its appreciated
Note 9 Pro EU (joyeuse), great so far, just missing TWRP and dev roadmap at the mo, but still very early days. I also own the Note 7 Pro and Note 8 Pro, both of which are also excellent phones, especially if you have need for the SDXC slot. I have a 512Gb card in my Note 9 Pro for maps and music.

Thank you. I'm just worried about the screen issues and phone going black when incoming call is happening

Stock ROM received an update a few days ago to 11.0.3.0. I've not seen any screen issues at all.

Did you manage to get it flashed to English? I like to know as well. I bought from a Chinese website and it arrived in Chinese firmware. Using it outside China, it doesn't have the blood pressure function enabled (my main reason for buying it). It does not have Alexa as well. I don't understand half the texts. The vibration is so weak I missed all my workout goal notifications and morning alarms even after I customised the vibration patterns. I need to flash to Global firmware at the very least to lower my increased blood pressure from buying it.
