Sorry that was notification panel...the edit button of notification panel vanished... I'm on global 11.0.8

No...there is no specific notification on fb app...that notification is in the app .apk itself...but i dont know how to edit it, to make google play not detect if any update available for it...

There's a few more I would change, menu, panel, toast frame, there's also some in the drawable-hdpi folder that could be being used, but it's trial and error at this point.

Hi
Since I've installed oreo I see issues with black themes such as MINU's Black V2.
It appears at least in two locations.
1. Battery usage
2. Contact details
In first location everything is black/dark as should be but battery usage chart has white background.
In second location everything is black too but frames are white.
Anyone knows how to correct it?
I don't want use substratum/andromeda cause it needs PC connection after phone restart

Correct, it just toggles between 12hr format (1:00-12:59) and military format (00:00-23:59). I was originally thinking about the same setting on M10P, which did explicitly include the meridiem designation.
There is a mod that can be used, however since this doesn't state that you need root I'm guessing it does because it is a zip file.
