Unusual system apps allways running

My tablet keeps waking up randomly and doing weird things with the battery meter. In the running apps menu even after multiple factory resets 3 system apps are constantly running for no reason. The apps are CMClient, DMClient, and KeyBoxProvision. My brother has a prime also, and these don't run all the time on his. I did notice though that after a reset, they did not start until I connected to wifi. My brothers prime was identical to mine until I factory reset. I'm just wondering what these apps are, and if anyone has issues with them running all the time.
I'm not sure you'll be happy about what some of them do.
DMClient and KeyBoxProvision are for OTA checks/updates, CMClient linked to DMClient is for spying your device.

[Q] [WP7] Lumia 800 keeps factory resetting after Exchange reset

After I left my previous employer my was lazy and didn't delete the Google Apps e-mail account from the company.
When my old boss deleted my account he actually first clicked the "Erase device" button out of curiosity before actually deleting the account.
I found out because my phone completely factory reset and also did another colleague who left the same day.
After setting my phone up again, without adding the aforementioned e-mail account, I experienced these factory resets nearly every other week or so. They happen randomly and I am not sure what is causing them, but doing something a bit more intensive or "new" seems to trigger it in some occasions.
It's very annoying as it deletes all my photos, music and what not, and as it happens randomly my back-ups are never "enough".
I had it sent back to Nokia, and they reinstalled the phone and now it comes back after a factory reset with different home images and what not.
But it still resets.
Any ideas?

[Q] Exchange issue on stock

I've had my DNA for not quite a month now. For the first couple weeks I haven't had any issues, then last week suddenly my Exchange email gets stuck at updating. No one else at my company is having issues at the same time (android and iphone users) as me, a reboot of the phone doesn't alter the behavior at all. The first one happened after I had installed the Qualcomm Snapdragon battery app, I ended up deleting and re-adding my Exchange account and it worked fine for two days. After the second time I did the same thing but also then uninstalled the battery app. Now it's happened yet again.
I've noticed that I have to delete the account and then reboot the phone before I can set the account back up or else it seems to think the password is wrong. I'm a domain admin at work so I've reset my password there and have had no change either setting it directly in AD or using the change password option in Windows. Has anyone ever seen this or have any ideas as to why it might be happening? It seems to last about 2 days before it happens each time, give or take 12 hours.
Let me know if any further information is needed.
Thanks
This one didn't even last 2 hours....and before I set up the account I went in and deleted all the data from the Mail app first thinking maybe something had been hung up by the Qualcomm Snapdragon. I think my next step is to do a factory restore/reset. I don't want to risk using Moonshine until I know for sure it's not a hardware problem of some sort (I don't think it is really).
So I did the factory reset last Saturday. It's been working great and I thought it was fixed until just a few minutes ago when it suddenly hung again. As before I deleted the account, cleared the app data for Mail and force stopped it, tried to set my account back up and my credentials weren't being accepted. Reboot the DNA and then was able to set the Exchange account back up. If the pattern holds true I'm good again for another 2 days. I'm tempted to root and throw on a custom rom, but would love ANY feedback from anyone with thoughts or ideas before I do so as I don't see how it could be anything hardware related...but you never know.
Thanks.

Multiple internet-based apps broken after 4.4.2 update

Im having issues and I really don't want to factory reset the phone unless no one has any ideas. Netflix, Pandora, Amazon, Playstation, and Vudu all time out and give some sort of an error about inability to connect when I try to use them. Happens on both 4G and Wifi. Have tried reinstalling all apps and rebooting. Task manager disabled.
Anyone else having similar problems? My phone isn't rooted.
Well I broke down and did a factory reset...
Everything is functioning like it should be now.

My and brothers android did factory reset itself over night

I am really surprised of this weird and unusual problem. Just over night they did Factory reset both over night. I am using Huawei Honor 7 and he uses Leagoo m5. Uor google accounts are connected for losing password, maybe it has something with google account(i mean by somebody entering account) but uncles phone is also on one of my email but his phone did nothing.Just to.mention out phones used same Wifi.
