Does calling works fine? Last Pixel Experience Rom from Akshay Rohida had calling and over heating issues. When I called someone or get called by someone I couldn't hear him and sometimes he couldn't hear me as well.

Hotword detection not working in dreamlte device either. No way to trigger Google Assisstant verbally. Same behaviour as in Evolution X ROM.

Same here
I've been doing some research in another XDA thread and I noticed that the Generic.kl file in "/system/usr/keylayout/" is missing the Key 703, necessary for the Bixby buttom set-up.
This 703 key however is present in the gpio_keys.kl already allocated to APP_SWITCH (Recent App switch) but it is not working.
I tried my luck by adding the same information into the Generic.kl file and rebooted but still no luck
I have just installed the ROM after using the EvolutionX ROM as daily driver for over 2 months and this one seems a lot smoother and so far I have not encountered the slowdowns / freezes I was getting regularly before. I have not had time to test many of the phone functions yet, but if the few niggles are ironed out this will be a promising ROM.

I am not very keen in the Footej camera if I am honest, but for those like me it is easily removeable by using Root + Titanium Backup for instance.
Is full gapps included? Is there an option to go micro?

I am a bit disappointed when you said you stopped maintaining EvoX, then I give this ROM a try and boom. It's superb smooth, even lighter than EvoX. Some minor features are missing, but that is ok for me. This is really an amazing AOSP ROM, even far better than your EvoX, thanks

I would say that the stability is better than in the Evolution X ROM, albeit with some occasional lags when launching it.
I use a GCam variation, not the Footej app included in the ROM.

Yeah bluetooth is still dead unfortunately. I flashed my build that enabled ambient display over a previous build I made (unreleased) and it worked fine.

I can at least confirm chop-chop. I needed my flashlight to find my OTG cable for my USB stick where I keep my extra ROM zips and it worked fine. Didn't try any of the other Moto actions though before flashing another ROM. I couldn't be without cell signal unfortunately. It's a shame because it's got the pixel power menu (I know that's such a silly feature to care about) that I've wanted for a while.
Hopefully they'll get the mobile data thing sorted because it's a really snappy ROM. First boot is even really quick, which I haven't seen outside of a CAF ROM.
I'm stoked about this one!! Thanks for bringing us a pure pixel experience without all of the clutter! Data was a little in and out at initial boot but settled in fine after that on cricket wireless. Premission to use your device tree for my cardinal room? Thanks for the awesome work!!

The moto actions and fingerprint reader work perfectly, performance is also nice. The only thing is that the device gestures are not here (the off screen ones like pause are here). I switched from vache's lineage and this thing works as good if not better. Only thing is, my wifi drops sometimes but I had that with lineage too.
Cell data also works fine for me (Orange-Belgium)
For the guys that are having problems with the mobile data, I will try to explain the situation:
After the transition to android 8.1 preview (r23 +), i had troubles on sim card detection. To workaround this, I had to get a proprietary lib from zenfone 3 (https://github.com/PixelExperience/...mmit/f37f016a0e5b22dbd1e37a8fca03a6fa7cf29c5b), sim cards worked for me, but I expected instabilities for some carriers that some guys are having.
I hope me and @vache can fix this asap.
Hooray once connectivity is fixed I will have a new toy.... Picking up the xl2 for Christmas so this is perfect

So far so good. Been running it for a couple of hours so far. Set up all my apps and restored messages etc. All running great.
I'd love a bit more customisation built in in terms of status bar and power menu ... But other than that ... 2 thumbs up from me.
Too early to report on battery life so I'll edit that another time.

When you use screen record option it gives you choices of where you want it to capture the audio from, make sure you're checking the right choice for what you want.
Just tested on mine and it seemed to work fine.

ROM Is enforcing? Ota feature?
Somehow there is no force close notification, but suddenly go to home when open some apps. Its rare but annoying. Need feature that can show network speed on status bar. Overall good performance and nice UI. Im wanna still use it. So I hope there is a fix in the next update.
Will get back if said issues like no audio on video recording resolved and adding a 4k 30FPS with Stabilization works on this ROM. Thanks

Ah yes, just discovered this issue myself.
When recording video with the camera, when you play it back the audio plays but the visuals are frozen for a long time. Also shows some wonky dodgy time for the length of what you record. Tried changing save settings from phone to SD and back but no change. Also no change when using a different camera.

Yes just discovered it by myself . Video recording works on GCAM but still same dodgy times as well.

Flashed this Rom today and I'm very impressed. I have set up Google pay which was nice to see working without issues and the need to root my device. Everything runs smooth. Huge thank you for this awesome work. The only issue I have found is with the Google assistant, I can't turn it on as it says device is not supported yet. The only way I can wake Google voice is by tapping the bixby button so it's not the end of the world.
Can it be dirty flashed over the regular (non plus) version of the rom?
Hi, I've done clean install, standard wiped, then it just reboot into download mode, using twrp 3.5, tried with 3.3 too, same..
any idea?

Wifi calling is very important to me.
Now it is working with my current samsung custom version, because my carrier is support the note 9 phone and my version.
How can I know if wifi calling will work in this android version also?

OMG, Perfect rom. everything is working perfectly fine. just one question, could anyone tell me how can i install game launcher (samsung) on this rom? cuz i can't get it work. Thanks

I don't think Samsung apps will run on anything other than One UI

Thanks, guess I'll love with this ROM. It's so smooth so fast and never feel this great before
Still going strong as my daily driver. No issues what so ever. Anyone who wants an alternative to the Samsung game launcher I actually use a free version of an app called oxo game launcher from the play store. It keeps all your games in one place and let's you know how long you have been playing for etc. I'm still only have the one problem with Google assistant which won't wake with the voice command because of a message in the app stating currently not supported in this language
Other camera apps than stock dont seem to even run like google camera and others, they close instantly
Email app periodically appears as crashing sometimes, even if its uninstalled

I was on Devbase 7.4 by Alexander. Also the battery is great on this rom, playing games for hours and not getting hot and everything just so fast. It's because the ROM is so light without any samsung crazy apps and services
Can we see screen shots please, and how is the camera performance as compared to the stock Rom?

My phone gets hot even while charging sometimes on stock One UI 2.5 !

Probably because of some suspects app running background , some modded apps. Or u can try install this ROM. It works greats and so lightweight.
Is that ROM discontinued? I am leaning towards this or LOS18.1, previous phones had pixel experience so I am biased here. Would grate a reply (daily driver)

Thanks a lot for developing the ROM. As the spec except the camera module and moto mod architecture, moto z4 is very much the same as moto one zoom. I will be appreciate if you could port the ROM to moto z4. Many thanks in advance.

Thank you very much for working on this rom.
Some of the errors I found were:
-The sound is heard worse than with the original rom.
-When using the fingerprint sensor, the entire screen is illuminated.
-Fingerprint sensor button overlays other things.
-Vibration (I know they already mentioned it but it's what I miss most)

So the FOD-related issues are issues that cant be improved at the moment.
But I did fix the haptic-related issues.

what problems are there with the vibration?
the camera software is the stock android or the Motorola one?
I installed it. everything seems to work fine. the only small bug I found with the double touch to wake. It only works if you enable the ambient display, if you deactivate it it doesn't work. Another small bug, is that sometimes the Power button has to be pressed twice, because at the first once the screen does not turn on.
No Audio on recording video.

I am currently back to the stock rom. currently there are no new versions of the Rom, so the bug still exists. in a telegram chat, the developer told me that the problem can be solved by changing the settings in "open Camera" (but you have to use that app for photos). but when he told me, i was already back to stock rom, because it currently has too many bugs for me.

Thanks @Tony Evo for the update! Could you tell me the other bugs you fund? This would help me to decide if keeping the stock ROM or not
Hi, camera don't record audio, camera it's the stock camera, please help, if I install another camera the issue persists

Hello, Everything works fine, there are only the same errors, something that if you know more is that the sound quality drops.
