Note 20 Colors - Blah - Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Guides, News, & Discussion

What was wrong with the Aura colors? They all looked amazing. Grant it most people use a case but these new colors are boring and meh.

Why is the pre-order only showing Black as the ONLY option for the Note 20 Ultra? I thought the Ultra would be available in black, white and the copper color!

Looks like 512GB is available only in Black color...

512gb is the only one I'd want. That's a big bummer it is only available in black.

I love that the bronze is matte. Fantastic looking too me. I like it better than my Aura Glow for sure. I wish I could get that green that is on the regular Note...

X10 White vs Black

Hello
i have X10 White and now i bought Black because i like black better.
But there is a problem, as i can see there is different LCD Screen in Black Edition, when i open browser the color white is no white, it is little yellow.
i made a comparison screen of White Edition and Black, you can see that White Edition has better Screen.
Display Brightness in Settings is same.
Firmware is latest on both devices.
Sorry for my bad english
You seem to obviate the fact that the screen in the white model is actually pink lol
It really looks pink on White Xperia. Hahaha...
How old are the devices? The X10 HD (December 2010 onwards X10 loaded with 2.1) has a different screen model, and it's been reported that the screen quality is better. So that might be a factor.
Also, IMO, the black one looks better. Sure it's a bit yellow, but the white X10's is pink. Also, it depends on reflection and interior lighting as well.
My black X10HD displays white perfectly.
have you taken the stock screen protector off of either?

The black one is new, the white one is older.
stock screen protector is still on both devices.
the white one looks pink but this is only on photo but in reality it is white!
Install Tri'ps MIUI froyo rom, and see the true quality of the screen.

What color did tou get?

Still debating about getting the Note 2 but i figured I didn't see a thread for this so I would make one. What color phone did you get? From reading most have gone with the Titanium Gray but I am seriously considering the Marble White, just wondering what everyone got and why.
I picked up grey. I prefer the look of brushed metal over white, plus it hides scratches well. I have my alterior motives...

What to wear long sleeves in the summer ? The white version is going for more on ebay... I'm considering buying the phone outright since I don't want to lose my unlimited 4g.

It's funny how two phones of the same value and condition can be auctioned at higher prices...because it is white.
Beyond me.
Picked up the white.. I like the flip covers and picked up a Light Blue, White and Grey ones.. So really the color changes easily at least the back and I prefer the white front with the covers
I went with Grey. Wife went with white. I'm happy with my choice, and so is she. White hides prints better, and Grey looks smaller and less shocking when up to the ear. Wish I could have both and swap out sim card every other day.

I thought the white looked a little cheesy, but that's me. The Gray seemed to look a little classier.
But I came from using the DNA for 2 weeks and that phone was VERY sexy.
I got the gray because the led notification light showed up more clearly on it.

I got white mainly because i live in texas and I have my phone in a car dock up on the front dash all the time. Ive had problems with my black moto droid2 overheating from the sun so I figure the white should help a little on not overheating

really I had the DNA for about a week and even though black and red are me fav colors I kinda thought the design on the DNA was a mess.
Even though i had a white s3 i went with the grey. I liked the white but the outline of the screen seemed to defined. I like when the screen is off on the grey one how it kinda blends in with the rest of the phone.
I haven't gotten mine yet. But, when I do, I will get the gray one. I prefer my electronics in darker colors. I'd have been really happy if they'd put out a cover like the original Note. But, gray will suffice.
I have the grey one.

Titanium FTW :good:
Apple has tainted white phones and tablets for me. Also, white gets dirty much more easily.
Ok, I picked up a gray one, not sure how long I will have it, lol, but for now I do. Evaluating if I want to keep it or Nexus, will be deciding over the next 2 weeks or so.
Grey all the way. A: i associate white with apple products. Don't know why. And 2: I think I read about the white getting dirty and yellowing over time.

I picked up the Grey, because I never really liked the idea of white phones. Also white phones tend to get dirty and turn a little tan after awhile.....

You have it all wrong, white likes to get dirty My ipod is black...Apple taints everything they touch. Back when I purchased the ipod it was the music player with the most accessories. Everything else apple has made has used inferior hardware (to the competition at the time) and has charged way too much for it. The crazy part is people are still falling for the same old trick.
White Baby. Then picked up neon green Amzer shell holster case. Goes great with the White.

Hmmmmmm, not convinced.
No, it makes the screen look smaller and makes it look less clean when the screen is switched off.

I couldn't agree more. I always liked white devices, smartphones, handheld consoles, etc... All manufacturers that make white devices, make them fully white (Samsung, Apple, etc) but white Xperia devices simply looks like cr*p to me with black screen border and white back and border, that makes them look cheap. All my Xperia devices have always been black because of this issue.
The reason I never considered any other color of Z2 but black is why would my phone have a Black Front and a White back?!
I want to buy a phone, NOT A PANDA! This is more like it! :victory:

Not true. My HTC One X+ is white, but has a black surround around the screen. And honestly, I'd say it's more common for an LCD surround to be black, even on white devices. There's a reason for that: putting a white surround makes the screen look smaller, and calls more attention to the screen when it's switched off.
White surrounds look ugly and cheap; black surrounds look much better.

White phone, how does it look?

Anyone get the White version? I'm anxious to get the Verizon 128gb edge and they only have white ready to get now.
How does it look? Any negatives?

I have had the white one for about a week, but got the chance to get the green (which I have now), so went for that. But with that being said, I think the White is quite nice in its own way. The name 'White Pearl' fits the color well, because it isn't white-white, but a 'richer', pearly looking white. I have a white Galaxy Note 4 too, but the Edge's pearly white is definitely a better looking, deeper white. And the white s6/s6 edge has one big advantage over the others - it isn't a fingerprint magnet.
I absolutely love mine. Originally pre ordered a gold one which picked up literally all fingerprints. I remember seeing the white one when I left the Samsung store after pre ordering and realised I made an error.
My preorder messed up and then I opted for white. Couldn't be happier. Phone is so nice and clean and fresh. No fingerprints at all. Couldn't recommend more!

I hate all Samsung white phones.. the soft keys always give a halo behind them, and it looks like an old Stomper toys where the lights would blaze through the plastic hood.

This is my problem with the white version. I can't believe they haven't manage to fix this issue. My s2 did this... Four versions later and they didn't bother to fix this.
All of my previous phones have been white, my preferred color. For the S6E, however, I passed on the white & went for gold bc I didn't like how the back of the phone looked in white. More specifically the camera part. It was too much white for me & I was looking for some contrast.

New Blue coral. Opinions. Like or hate

Hy. Yesturday i went to see live note 7 blue coral. Samsung has choose very interesting combinations of colours that change acording to light and ungles. Blue coral is not the same in reality like in photos and youtube. Many people, specialy man in my country hate it at first view. What you think after seiing live the colors. I like it and i think they are very original and stylish.

Looks like my old S3, so fine by me.
Andre
I was debating between blue or black and at the end black won just because of how crazy is the blue color. I din't have a chance to see a demo unit (available only on SEP16 where I live and I will have the phone on SEP2) but looking Youtube, reviews it look white blue or rich blue depending on the lighting. I like the rich blue but white blue with low light conditions was not for me, the trim also could be sliver or maybe even black with a little bit darker blue phone. So this time i say no to blue coral
It looks really good in real life but I am on doubt if it's not feminine especially with that golden border. If it has silver border I would say it's the best color even that Onyx Black is very sleek and beautiful - just not so special. So I am on doubt what color to choose but definitely not the silver one (I don't like shining silver phones at all)...
I like it but went with black

I found it underwhelming in real life when I played around with a demo unit. It looked far better on film in various Youtube videos.
The biggest reason to get it is because it says "look at my new phone" as there's no other phone (currently) on the market like it. Bit it's kind of like the massive demand for the gold iPhone when it first came out. Everyone wanted the color for the previous reason. Six months from now Blue Corral won't be special anymore and then it'll just be a blueish phone with pinkish trim. I use my phone for business and the only color that doesn't scream "look at me" was black.
Meh. I wasn't impressed. It looked a bit too feminine for my tastes, but if that's your thing then more power to you. I love that the metal rim on the onyx version is actually black now. It makes the phone look sleek and simple. Plus, I also use my phone for business so the black was the best (read: only) option. Not that I'm complaining, it's sexy af in black.
It's Dope ...
Usually have black devices. But got the bronze 10.1 tab on impulse: it still looks good. The iPhones that mimicked it have a pallid 9ct gold effect that doesn't look so good. So I'm going for the blue this time, reckoning that Sammy has got it right this time too. If it's too bright, it can be toned down with a black case, but I suspect the Note 7 will be classy enough to carry the colour...
I had mine outside in the direct sunlight today for the first time (got it last night) and the metal frame looks pink...I knew the blue was feminine-ish, but the pink tint on the frame DEFINITELY tops off the feminine look IMO.
Anyone wanna trade their black one for a blue one? LOL.

I first ordered titinium silver as I've always liked the color since the s7 came out but did not want the s7. My note 2, 3, 4 were all black (note 2 was really dark grey) so for sure I didn't want black. Just so I don't dismiss the blue completely, I still went to a Tmobile store to check out the blue. There was a lot of light in the store and made the blue look baby blue and I did not like it. So I told myself, blue was not for me and left. I went home and watched several more unpacked reviews and the ones showing the blue made the phone look really good depending on the lighting, and wasn't always baby blue. So after several more videos I watched of the blue, I decided to also order it. Figure if I have more time with it I'll have a better non rushed judgement on it.
Once I received both phones, I opened the blue first and fell in love with it right away. The blue inside my office is nice. I like how it switches to different hue's of blue. Now the rose gold trim does put me off a little but in my clear case it doesn't stand out as much. But it's not ugly either, just felt too feminine.
A day later I opened the titanium one. I still like the titanium, BUT compared to the blue, I now found it boring. To be fair, I gave it a few more days and played with both phones but blue being my daily. In most places I go, unless I'm outside, the blue stays pretty dark or at least not baby blue. Unless I'm in direct sunlight. Sometimes it looks bluish dark grey (which I love). I just love the different variation of blue it produces (besides baby blue obviously). The titanium does get slightly darker but it always looked bright silver in most scenarios and does reflect more light. So in the end, chose the blue.
So my thoughts....I think had I not had a chance to play with it for at least a few days in my own environment, I wouldn't have chosen it. If you are considering the blue don't judge it based on pictures, or seeing it for a few minutes, or even what others think of the color. Your best bet if you are undecided is to take it home and try it out for a few days yourself. That goes for any of the colors, not just blue.
