I have TWRP installed, when i boot into TWRP there stands that it is the version 3.0.0-0 By: [SOME CHINESE CHARS]

Please be informed that i am using custom recovery on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 SD. I flashed TWRP 4 days ago. Now I want original Recovery for my Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. It is running on MIUI 9 global stable version. 9.0.3.0. To get official update I want original Recovery.

That's not how you name a thread. Please mention that it is a request. I thought you were providing stock recovery. This name is quite misleading. Avoid such misleading names.

Hello everyone , As All we know that offical TWRP is released for Redmi note 5 So please send all of us a detailed guide for installing TWRP and Android Oreo or any Customer ROM available now. Thank you
You could use your friend Google.
To unlock just use the official Xiaomi tool for unlocking. If you can't find that than you should take some sort of computer class first.
Currently there's no Oreo ROM for this device, so untill someone ports or builds one you can only flash AOSP Nougat ROMs.
Can we have OXYGEN os 9.0 for our land bcz a developer has made it available for Redmi note 5 pro(i guess) ?

Yes it is possible just find and flash the fastboot rom for your device from xiaomiʼs official site
