Why not just flash the global ROM? One of the best aosp ROMs we have right now

by reflashing the ROM via fastboot is the only way.

I have xiaomi mi 8 lite phone with miui global version , but I need to use phone on cdma carrier like miui chinese version. Is there any custom roms supporting cdma.
