Failed to Enable Samsung Pass - Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 / S7 Plus Questions & Answer

Has anyone tried to enable Samsung Pass?
Whatever I do (clear cache, clear data, reboot, dance, sing) I always get:
"Samsung Pass is temporarily unavailable"
and then it just closes.
I've had the same issue on the phone, but on the phone, it worked when you disable wifi and use just the mobile data.
Can't do that on a tab s7+ though as it's WIFI only version.

On my S7+ LTE it simply works, also when it is on Wifi. You may want to try to uninstall and re_install.

[Q] Galaxy S4 Shuts down when attempting to encrypt.

I have a Sprint Samsung Galaxy S4 (SPH-L720). My device is currently stock rooted running Android 4.4.2. I recently just did a factory reset and need to encrypt my device. I have my screen lock password setup and when I select to encrypt the device it shows the screen with the android gear icon for a second then shuts off. About a minute later it will turn on again on its own and boot right up to the regular lock screen. It will not encrypt and gives no error message.
The only references I have found on a Google search about encryption not working was referring to an error message saying the encryption failed and asking the user to factory reset.
Any idea what is causing my issue?
Still having this issue. Even reflashed again and it's doing the same.

[Q] SIII SCH-I535 4.4.2 com.android.systemui Issues

I have searched and search, and could not find any solution to my problem.
The other day, I downloaded xposed framework, installed the flat style theme to make my notification menu look like an ios7 one, upon reboot my com.android.systemui keeps crashing every two seconds. So it's impossible for me to get to my settings to factory reset my device in order to remove the xposed framework. I tried getting to the boot menu and it says Secure FAIL: KERNAL "System Software not authorized by verizon wireless has been found on your phone. Please turn your phone off and go to the nearest Verizon Wireless store for help".
I have tried using odin to flash the stock rom for my device, even tried using kies (which keeps saying my serial number is incorrect, when I am typing it in correctly).
I even tried remote factory reset from the google android device manager and it only cleared my sd card, but not the device itself.
I don't know what to do, is there some way to use Odin from the computer to force a factory reset?

[Help!] Problem with disabled service!

I've disabled a service through the Disable service app (precisely the Fused location service) and I want to enable it again because my phone went into a bootloop after disabling it. The problem is I can't get my phone to boot up and re enable the service, it just hangs for a few seconds on the lockscreen and soft reboots again and again.
So far I've tried formatting system and flashing the rom again, deleting the data of Disable services app, wiping dalvik cache/cache, nothing helps.
I don't want to lose my data as I don't have any recent backups made and I really need my phone to work again.
So my question is, is there a way to re enable the service through recovery or something?

Problems switching on Wifi on Galaxy S5 LTE (SM-G901F Android 6.0.1) Original ROM

Hello,
since a couple of days I experience a problem with my WIFI. The phone is neither rooted nor does it use a custom ROM.
When trying to switch on WIFI it turns into light green, then green and then it changes back to gray immediately. Same behavior can be seen when trying to switch WIFI on via settings.
This behavior appeared all of a sudden, I dont think that I changed something or installed a new app that could have caused that error. Maybe there was an update of an already installed app...
I then installed a terminal emulator and tried to start wifi via command line with
Code:
svc wifi enable
. That command immediately causes a message:
Code:
reset_reason_init
Killed
Wifi module seems to work. I've done
Code:
ifconfig
and it comes up with a usual result except it does not have an counters > 0
I've also tried another app called "Wifi Analyzer". That app seemed have no problems with wifi since it shows a huge number of networks around (but of course does not connect to them)
So, from my point of view there is an issue with Android that wont let me start WIFI. I think it is not a problem with hardware.
I really need my WIFI. I also tried do do a factory reset. But that doesnt help either....
Any ideas on how to fix that issue?
Regards
Olaf
Go to Sammobile. Com and download the firmware you are on currently on check this by booting to recovery mode or check in settings menu about
Once you have it downloaded flash it in odin to your s5 then everything will hopefully be working this is a small chance of lost data so backup any important data before you flash the firmware in odin
If you have any questions just ask
sent from my nexus 4 I also own a voyager tablet and an I-phone 4s

Galaxy Tab S7 Plus Wifi-Problem

Hi!
I hope I haven't missed an already existing thread, but I hope, I can get help here
I just got my S7Plus tablet, but somehow the WiFi doesn't work correctly as it sometimes sees networks, sometimes it doesn't...
It really seems very random
It sees (and connects) to my home-Wifi (2,4Ghz)
It doesn't see my parents's WiFi (2,4Ghz)
It sees my Hotspot-Wifi (Samsung Galaxy Note 10Plus) only on 5Ghz
When using Auto-Connect in Hotspot-options, it sees it (only under "Autoconnect") but can't connect
I tried:
- reset network settings
- erase known networks
- restart
- clean cache partition
- started in safe mode
- factory reset
But to no avail, nothing changed...
Does anyone have an idea, what to do?
