who using MI A3 ( android one ) knows that there is a green color instead of blue color in setting , status bar , buttons and etc ...
how can I change the green color to blue ? ( like pixel devices )
my device is rooted

Use this wonderful app and use whatever color you want, just don't forget to install Magisk first.
Try activating the developer options (it's quite simple, just google it)
Then go to the developer options and on "Accent color" item (under "THEMING") pick your color (you're allowed to pick Default, Cinnamon, Black, Green, Ocean, Space, Orchid or Purple).
How do I turn off those annoying suggesting popups in settings. They won't go away. "Customize your A3..." Etc.

opcion:
1.- with rootexplorer
copy
blurcalendar.apk
to system / app
replaces and give permissions.
do the same for the other
opcion:
2.- with 7/zip
opens theme.zip
go to system / app
and drag and drop applications
and closes the zip
then applies

Are you able to customise the theme??
Initially I tried to use an existing theme and changed the fonts, it saved the new theme... But no changes appeared when I applied the theme.

Yes, able to customize.
Please check if it over wrote the existing theme. That could probably be the reason.
Otherwise, everything works as described.

some thing weird happened to me !
today my messaging app suddenly got black , like someone turend on the dark mode !(but no body did).

Try to install and apply a theme, see if it's still black. If it changes, then you can proceed by applying the default theme. If it still black, I don't know what it is.

I tried many themes , nothing changed
Maybe u have Dark Mode enabled in Dev Settings or somewhere else.
Check if Google messages app's night mode is on or off

Its buggy on darkmode poco launcher because it makes the status bar text black...
With dark mode It's shown white in my case. Certainly it's shown black but in a second it becomes white. Can be improved.
For me it was white for a moment and then black or invisible...
Switched to lawnchair all fine
Maybe you can de-activate dark mode selectively for this wpaper on Settings.
