Treble GSI's Working on Huawei Mate 10 Lite - Huawei Nova 2i (Mate 10 Lite / Honor 9i) Guides, N

Hello all, I am new to Huawei devices but I am adapting quite well. I am creating this thread to help everyone who wishes to try out GSI's on their devices as most GSI ROMs end up in boot loop on the mate 10 Lite. Now to gather information on working treble GSI images I would like us all to give information about the current GSI ROM you are using and how you got it to work on your nova 2i/mate 10 Lite except Openkirin ROMs.

Where are you getting your information from?
Check device compliance, choose the right GSI OS version (arm-64 , a=a only , require: A8/EMUI8,
v=vanilla - without gapps
g=with gapps
S=pre-rooted with phh-superuser
N=non-rooted, for example: losq-v224-201010-arm64-agS)
and follow the instructions carefully.

I flashed HAVOC GSI and AOSP GSI android 10 via fastboot on EMUI 8, both arm64 A only, both ended boot looping except openkirin GSI's. Now if we have all been paying attention to mate 10 lite Nova 2i forum, we would see that many users are experiencing same issue due to lack of streamlined guidance as per how to make any GSI work on our mate 10 lite.
Only a few users here know how to successfully boot GSI without issues. You can help us cross this hurdle just like you helped me rebrand my own device without issues.

There can be several reasons for this:
- some AOSP 10 requires Stock EMUI 9
- the ROM requires a lower build number
- you are doing something wrong
- etc etc...

May or may not work on Android 8 . And look here:

Maybe this is the issue. My android security patch is 1-July-2020. I guess I have to downgrade to try it out!.
