There is no such thing like best rom because something that someone will consider best you can think is bad (so this thread is kind of against xda rules). In terms of stability and performance on 4.4 only cyanogenmod 11 is good. If you really want stock rom go for blekota lite or back to noot

Nothing is best my friend. it's all up to you! use any rom which you like most with VIMB ( overclocked ) kernel for better performance.
I haven't tried all custom roms but it seems to me that for fps games the best custom rom is lineageos by amulyax.
I am gonna try roms and root on my s9+ 965f .
so I wanna know what is the best rom and kernel combination for best performance and battery life .. Thanks
