Turbo Charging Issue - Motorola One Fusion+ Questions & Answers

This phone worked fine for a month and then suddenly one day the tubo charging stopped working.
Usually, when we connect the phone to the charger it shows Turbo charger connected, but it's showing charging only now and taking too much time to charge. From 15 to 34% in 2 hours almost. Battery temperature is 31°C and have restarted it many times. Phone is not charging in switched off state. Any help.

Charging phone does not work.

My phone dropped to 7% battery. I let it charge for an hour with airplane mode on and it was at 4% battery. The orange light was on the whole time meaning it was charging. I then turned it off, took the battery out and it went to 13% battery. Soon it went back to 4%. I let it charge again for 2 hours this time and it hadn't moved at all and was still at 4%. I then swapped the stock battery for one from China. It started with 60% battery and after a half hour of charging it went to 54%. Why does my battery drain while it charges? I don't even use it when it's charging so I have no idea why it's draining. I'm running stock ics but it's rooted with 4ext. Any ideas?
Thanks.

Charge with AC not through an USB plugged to your computer. Your phone is using more battery than the USB port can provide. If you plug it in through the normal AC charger, it should be fine, as it gives out 1.0A, while USB ports typically give out anywhere between 200 to 500mA (at its absolute maximum).
I am using the ac. That message even appears when I use the ac.
Have you tried turning it of and charging?

I have tried that and it only turns on to what the battery was at before. As I typed this I went from 54% to 21% in about 10 minutes. This is really starting to piss me off. My phone cannot hold a charge. My motorola from 8 years ago could at least hold a charge. This is ridiculous. Thanks so far for the help.
Are you using the factory Amaze Cord to charge your phone?
My factory amaze cord stopped charging via ac. I had it plugged into the wall and it would say usb charging so I'm using a different kind of cord. I've never had a problem using my sisters blackberry cord plugged into the usb converter to ac.
Maybe....just maybe...your devices charging port is defected...
I have some charger from China that goes from the wall straight to my phone without using that charging port and it doesn't charge it either.
China should only be used for one thing...Chinese People
I tried another one of my batteries that had a 60% charge. Within 10 minutes the battery was dead. I have it charging and the orange led is flashing. I waited 20 minutes and tried turning it on. After several presses of the power button it finally turns on. As soon as it gets to the home screen the low battery sound beeps and it shuts down. Seriously what am I supposed to do? This is getting ridiculous.
Thanks.
Have you looked into doing a warranty exchange...

I have not. This has only happened 3 times or so since I got it a week or so after launch. I didn't suspect it to be a hardware problem. I think the person who suggested the bad power port was correct because my Chinese charger charged it full perfectly and it's been good. It just has to be held at a certain angle to charge. I'm going to go to Telus and try and get a new power port and see, maybe I could get an exchange. I have it rooted though, so would I have to unroot it get the exchange?
Thanks.
Step one, dim the phones lighting.
Then check to see if there's an app keeping the phone awake causing it to drain battery while charging,
If its not an app keeping it awake then you my friend are one of the unlucky owners of this picky phone...

Battery stuck at 0%

Hey all,
I have been trying to search for a while for any help but I can't find anything related to the flyer. I had my flyer on anc charging for about 2 days, forgot it was plugged in, and then I unplugged it and left it for a day. Today it just vibrated at turned off after only one day on standby and no use, usually last 8+ days. Now it will only turn on when plugged to the charger and when turned on only shows battery at 0 and it wont charge.
Would really appreciate some help, thanks.
EDIT: Ok, plugged it into my computer for a couple of minutes and now shows charging at 3%. really weird.

Battery very odd haven't bought new battery

My battery has been behaving very erratically over these last few days. The first time I noticed was 2 days ago when I plugged it in and it was on 63% I then went away for half an hour and when I came back it was on 62%. I thought wtf and did a reboot, once it was rebooted it was on 22%, luckily it then charged so I got it to 100% to calibrate the battery. I then used it and it was at 33% so I plugged it in for 20 mins and it got up to 43%, the next morning I plugged it in and it once again didn't charge and lost 2% battery so I rebooted expecting a large decrease in battery but that didn't happen I then tried the USB cable and an iPhone plug. It charges and appears to be fine. I just want to make sure that if I buy a new charger I won't get these issues and find it wasn't the charger but something else. I'm fairly sure it isn't software related as the only the only thing I installed near to this happening was temple run 2

Battery Charging Issue?

Has anyone got the same problem where your L9 stop charging at 89% and start draining fast like hell, mine drop to 86 % in 2 minutes even when the charger is still connected. Battery recalibration seems didn't work. Charging while the phone is dead didn't work too. Any suggestions?
Yes, I plugged my P769 in the wall to charge at night. In the morning, it shows that the phone is 92% charged. Took the phone off the charger and didn't really use the phone much, but checked my phone about 7 hours later and it was down to 1% remaining. Charged it again last night, and it's showing 92% this morning. Seems like it does not charge after 92%. This happens only a couple of days ago, and I didn't tweak my phone in any way.

Not so fast charging

I have had my watch for almost 3 months and recently I've noticed that it is taking longer to charge. I used to be able to put it on the charger in the morning when I woke up and leave it on the charger until I left for work about 1 hour and 10 minutes later and it would easily charge from about 50% to 100% in less than 1 hour. Now it seems that I can only get into the mid 90's charging for an hour and 10 minutes from approximately 50%. I don't like to leave the watch on the charger overnight so I would like to be able to fully charge in the morning, even though my battery life is good and I don't run the risk of killing the watch with one day's use.
It looks like it just needed a restart. Charging nice and fast tonight.

same problem here since android 6.0.1
It seems to be hit or miss. It fast charges fine sometimes and others it is not fast. Last night it charged from 35%-80% in no time. I left it on the charger overnight and when I looked at it this morning it was stuck at 97% and battery stats showed that it had not changed since reaching 97%. I restarted it and it charged up to 100% within a couple of minutes.
