Help with flashing original frimware on my SM-J510FN. - Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) ROMs, Kernels, Recoveries

Hello. Some time ago I flashed on my SM-J510FN Lineage OS 17.1, but recently I bought an A20s, and in the same day that i got my phone, my mom's phone broke. She wanted the J5 but doesn't want to learn to use LineageOS. So I decided to put the original 7.1.1 Frimware from samobile. But my question was if i can do the odin method without any other required step, than do factory reset, enter in download mode, put the files, connect the phone to the pc, and just flash. If there are any other steps please put a tutorial in the comments section pls. I am not that good with android, flashing, kernels, and more....

Got ROOT! Now I need custom recovery suggestions? Galaxy Mega 6.3" SGH-i527

Device: My phone is a rooted via the latest Kingroot AT&T Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3" SGH-i527 with a bad charging port. I have an external battery charger and two batteries so the phone can still be used and the size is pretty unique. Working with this phone is a bit of a grenade because if I truly brick it I can't plug it into a computer with a USB because the port is bad. I do have Internet access so I can download the needed files directly on my Mega.
Goal: I would like to run the latest version of Android Marshmallow if possible via a cool ROM like the Resurrection Remix and a minimum GAPPS package. I have ROOT though Kingroot but can't flash the ROM or install TWRP. @kuya38 suggested I "Flash this twrp via odin https://s.basketbuild.com/devs/GHsR/i9152/RECOVERY/TWRP " so I am going check that file out and give that a shot this afternoon.
Problem: I can not get TWRP installed and when I attempted to install TWRP with the Google Playstore App it threw error wouldn't install and my Mega wouldn't reboot, at about 1:30AM I bricked my Mega! I got a system software not authorized by at&t has been found on your phone. Thankfully I managed to put my Mega into download mode and restarted when the prompt comes up asking if I wanted to install install TWRP so I am alright I just need to regroup before I make any moves.
Solution: I don't have one yet but XDA member @kuya38 suggested I "Flash this twrp via odin https://s.basketbuild.com/devs/GHsR/i9152/RECOVERY/TWRP " so I am going check that file out and give that a shot this afternoon. My Mega is 100% working again but I would still like to install the Marshmallow if possible via a cool ROM like the Resurrection Remix for example.
Please let me know what you think or if you have any suggestions and thanks for your help!

Galaxy S3 - need help with custom rom

Hi all
I hope that I am posting in the correct place
I need help with my Galaxy S3 SGH-T999
Recently the phone died on me, it was stock rom and with the updates through some of the apps, the phone stopped working correctly. I don't use the phone for making calls, etc, but need it for pictures and a few other apps. The phone is from T-mobile.
I tried to reset the phone and that worked until all the updates were back on and then back to the same problem.
So I decided to put on a custom rom on the phone.
I have tried the following roms:
cm-14.1-20161225-NIGHTLY-d2tmo
I9300XXUGNB6_I9300OJVGNB3_I9300XXUGNA8_HOME
RevolutionaryS5-V3
Slim-d2tmo-6.0.1.alpha.0.1-UNOFFICIAL-20160516-1346
I first installed CWM recovery and then transferred the roms over to the external sd car (also the internal card), went to boot manager (vol up) and installed the files.
It looked like the installation worked but when selecting reboot, the phone would not come back on.
I then loaded up Kies and reset the phone back to factory defaults and only then does the phone load back up after reboot.
Every time I try the custom rom - I run into the same problem
At first I thought the phone was bricked and found info about the jtag and then found something about using an SD card with the following image installed on it - tmobile-T999_4.3_debrick
With the SD card in the phone I can boot to either menus and also able to get the phone to boot to the slim-d2tmo rom. But when I pull the SD card, the phone won't boot. Nothing, no power, nada
I am not sure what I did wrong, followed the direction on the site and thought I did it correctly.
Not sure if I deleted some file, or partition needed or what. I would greatly appreciate some help with this.
Also I would like a custom rom that is stable and fast. I don't need all the bells and whistles but one thing I would like and that is for the camera to be able to take pictures using voice. I know the stock rom allows for this. Not essential but preferred.
Please help with detailed instructions.
Thanks in advance.
It,s amazing
Please elaborate. What's amazing.
Boot into download mode and confirm the model # of the phone. I see you tried to flash I9300XXUGNB6_I9300OJVGNB3_I9300XXUGNA8_HOME which not for the the T999, it's for the gt-i9300.

OPen Odin, uncheck everything except f reset time. Flash TWRP. When you see the word "reset" in the status window, remove the USB cable from the phone, remove the battery, replace the battery, boot directly into recovery.

TWRP Success but

Sorry as not posted in here for a while. So I acquired an S8 dreamlte back in October 2017 and last week the owner decided (how nice) to report phone lost and stolen so now i can't make any calls IMEI blacklist. So after reading various forums on here I learned u can clone ya IMEI after twrp recovery. wipe success.
so I have twrp success installed and in twrp mode wipe device. however stupid me put the files required on the root drive not the SD card. I have an S8 official stock ROM on PC with Odin Prince comsy running but every time i try and load the stock ROM to the phone I get a fail.
any suggestions.
would like to install Project Alice 3.1 but i can't get to the magisk or no verify opt stage. Before you ask yes phone was but in developer mode and everything enabled as in forum post.
Without a ROM installed i now have a bricked device only thing that will run is twrp.
so only way out is using Odin BL+AP+CP+CSC in download mode.
anybody able to help thanks

Samsung S9+ new ROM

Hello
So I was trying to root my Samsung Galaxy S9+ a couple hours ago. But I got stuck on a bootloop in the middle of the process so I started panicing and trying every button in the TWRP menu. I accidentally wiped all files including the OS. So then after a little bit of research I tried installing a custom ROM that I found on a firmware website. The custom ROM was the exact same model as my phone, Android 10 G965F. I had no idea how to install this kind of stuff so I looked it up on youtube. I tried doing it with Odin but I didnt know which .md5 file to do first (because there were 5 .md5 files in the .zip file) and whichever one I tried loaded forever. My phone is currently stuck on the Downloading screen.
Any help would be very appreciated A LOT. Thanks!
I would recommend you flash in factory os via odin. If you don't bother to follow instruction from the custom rom op, don't attempt to root the phone or flash a custom rom.
You mentioned you panicked and hit everything you can see in recovery. That's a big no no and seriously don't meddle with it. You'll brick the phone.
Custom rom is in zip file and you do not need to unzip it. You do not use odin to flash in custom rom.
Please follow the instruction from the custom rom op. Seriously follow it. Every single step.

Phone stuck after flashing (urgent)

I went to cf auto root to find a root file for my phone and like an idiot, downloaded a boot+recovery file instead of the rooting file So I accidentally flashed a recovery+boot tar file on my galaxy j5 prime (SM-G570F) and ever since that it keeps restarting after the very first (samsung galaxy j5 prime, Powered by android) page. I flashed twrp and that works, I can use downloading mode and flash other things, I've tried a number of different boot image files, the problem remains, so Ive decided to flash a copy of stock firmware (latest update) instead. Will that fix it? If not, can I fix it, and how? Also pls provide a stock boot image if you can, I want to try that again one last time. Also please reply fast, If my parents find out, they'll kill me
