What are the pros & cons of unlocking the bootloader?
Are you able to flash any other FW without relocking?

If you like root and trying custom roms i advise you to go to S8+

Yes, but the free service Huawei offers will stop 24th of July.
You will probably still be able to unlock with dc unlocker but it cost money to use.
You can't root without unlocking.

Another question, with unlocked bootloder and root do I loose some features of the phone?
some of them lose Android pay functionality and probably you will loose warranty
