Hi guys, I wanted to ask some developers if it would be possible to port EMUI or ZenUI for Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite. Has anyone tried it?
Henlo everyone, I have a question about made a Rollback from Miui 11 to Miui 10 in Mi 8 Lite global, I update the smartphone but I do not like this update, especially since the cell phone overheats and the battery drains quickly.
Anyway, I would like to know if there is no problem if I downgrade the cell phone by installing the Rom stock with Miui 10.
I think you can install it with the xiaomiflash app, you can download it from their site
By the way, you are not the only one, I am running Xiaomi.eu miui 11 on my mi 8 lite, and it's lagging as hell. I suggest you to wait for an update, and if it doesn't fix these issues, than go back to miui 10. I will do as I said too
Update:
It looks like they have released a fix for the lags, battery draining and other things. You should update, for me, it works perfectly

Hello,
I want to port a MIUI 11 Global Android 10 Rom from Xiaomi Mi 9 to Lenovo Z6 Pro.
Xiaomi Mi 9 has the same processor as the Z6 Pro, so in general porting should be possible.
The MIUI Global Rom of the Mi 9 is available here: https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=4349826312261709651
Moreover there is already a MIUI 11 Rom for the Z6 Pro, but only English/Chinese and Android 9.
Further a Android 10 Rom for the Z6 Pro is already existing (RevengeOS 3.1 Beta), so a porting of MIUI 11 with Android 10 should be also possible.
In addition to that, it would be very nice if the original camera app would be installed in MIUI 11.
I tried to port the rom for myself but I didn't make it. All the tutorials I find for porting MIUI are for MIUI 7 or 10 and when I do it with a MIUI 10 Tutorial the system does not boot up.
In boot.img and ramdisk folder there is no fstab.qcom file and I do not get any init.rc files or init.target.rc files...
It would be very nice if anybody is able to support me with that problem or if anybody could give me a good tutorial for that project.
With kind regards
Jeremy
Did you abandon?
Basically I tried MIUI 11 and it has a lot of lag so I was wondering if anyone here has a MIUI 10 rom for Mi A3.
Thanks
I'm using Redmi 7 3/32 with miui 11 rom. I had Gcam 6 version. which was really good. After getting the official Android 10 update now the Gcam is not working. After capturing photo it stuck in the HDR processing. My phone will not get the official miui 12. And I don't wanna update it. I'm happy with miui 11. I also don't wanna root my phone. Please help me out.
