Mate 10 Pro doesn't want to update, need help with HiSuite-Proxy - Huawei Mate 10 Questions & Answers

Hi, I currently have a Huawei Mate 10 Pro (BLA-L09) running Android 8 compilation OS 8.0.0.137(C605), I want to update to the latest version available (Android 10, EMUI 10) but when I go to the Update tab it says that is on the latest version. I want to use the HiSuite-Proxy metod to force the update but i need some help:
- I cannot find the update.dbankcdn.com files (Package URL, CUST PKG, Preloaded PKG) on the web for this phone, do you know where i can find them?
-Apparently if I want to install 10.0.0.xxx I need to install 9.0.0.xxx then 9.1.0.xxx first, so i need to install Android 9 first, is that correct?
Can I get some help? Thanks!

So as some of you might know, Huawei has officially announced that EMUI 10 is going to rollout early/mid/late June, I've built a quick app which lists the latest EMUI 10 uploads of Huawei, I'm going to post them here so we could stalk on what...

[Guide] How to Downgrade M9 Pro Oreo Beta to Official Nougat

In XDA-Developers every code builders finding solutions for Mate 9 but there is nothing for Mate 9 Pro (LON) versions.
I am opening this thread if someone give a hand to resolve downgrading problem Oreo Beta to Offical Nougat.
In Mate 9 forum @mankindtw build HWOTA 8 solution for MHA versions. Probably people will suggest me to use FunkyHuawei thing. But PayPal and BitCoin payment methods are not working in my country because of acredition at banking system.
So if any developer can support M9 Pro, it's too much appriciated for me.
I'm using HiSuite v: 5.0.2.301_ove LON-L298.0.0.323(C432log), I signed up to the beta program and got my update through the beta app.
In Hisuite I can select "system update" and from there select "Switch To Other Version" and from there I can select LON-L29432B226(Official)
I have't done the actual "downgrade" because I don't want to reinstall apps and reconfigure them.
I don't have root or custom recovery because I updated to the beta before installing custom recovery and there is no method, that I know of, of installing custom recovery onto Oreo as of yet.
Waiting for it too! Need to update from B302 to B323 (C636)

Need download link for Honor 10 COL-L29 8.1.0.120 (C636) update

Hello! I am fairly new here and am wondering if anyone has download link for the COL-L29 8.1.0.120 (c636) update for Honor 10. If there was already a thread about this, kindly redirect me to that one. Thanks a lot!

There 3 files but you may need to flash only 2 manually for update to .120 build. you need to use dload method to update. There is a guide in my signature on how to use dload. You can skip till download step and follow rest.
Why you want to update manually by the way.
Also, you can use firmware finder app or their website to check for firmwares.
Thanks shashank1320! I really appreciate it. I am having troubles with the latest security patch. I guess I should rollback instead of getting Android 9.0 and EMUI 9.

How can I downgrade my Android 8.0 to 7.0? (Mate 10 lite)

Hey,
Altough I bet there are hunderds of threads like this, I decided to create another one
So because I have my mate 10 lite around 2 years (a bit less), I would like to get an upgrade. Sadly I won't get Android Pie officially, so I'd like to install a custom ROM.
To do that I need an unlocked bootloader which dc-unlocker is only able to do below Android 8.0.
So I would have to downgrade my Android 8.0 (Btw, EMUI is also 8.0) to Nougat 7.0.
The method through HiSuite didn't worked since it just says "Newest Developer Version installed", but nothing with "Switch to other versions".
Also through Firmeware Finder (Playstore App) it doesn't show me the option "In-App Proxy", so I guess it doesn't work either with that.
Is there another way to do, if so I would really appreciate any help
Thanks in advance
My Mate 8 also keeps on Android 8.0, without any update to Android Pie officially.
If the official utility, HiSuite, which is developed by Huawei doesn't work, we maybe have no way to downgrade the system software on Mate 10 or Mate 8.

It all depends on your current build version. If I remember correctly the ability to use DC was patched in most custs in May or June. So if your security date is prior to May you can still use DC. If not you're out of luck. You can use testpoint to flash board software and then get unlock code through there, but it requires you to remove the back of your phone which will break IP rating and void warranty (If it's still under warranty)

Direct Upgrade to Android 10 from Android 8.2?

Hello,
I have a global version of the Honor 8x JSN-L22. It is currently running on Android 8.2 I chose not to install Andoird 9.0 because I saw a lot of reports of people having a lot of problems with it.
Now as you all know, stable version of Android 10 is rolling out, and is already received many devices.
My question is -> Will I be able to directly upgrade to Android 10 from Android 8.2, or will I have to upgrade to Android 9.0, and then upgrade to Android 10?
Android 10 update has arrived for my device yet, but I am hopeful that in the next month, it will arrive for my phone/region as well.
Thanks in advance.
Mir
From what I saw, if you are relying on OTA updates or updates via HiSuite, you have to update step by step, meaning 8.2 > 9.0 > 9.1 > 10.0, probably the smaller version increments as well. Depending on your connection speed this might take some hours

Is there an option to update without having to rely on OTA or HiSuite?
There is an app called Firmware Finder, some people have had success with that one

Honor View 10 - Downgrade to Android 9.0 ?

Hello everyone.
Planning on installing OpenKirin ROM on my BKL-L09, i have to downgrade to EMUI 9.0.
Problem is HiSuite doesn't let me go lower than 9.1. I then wanna ask you guys if a downgrade on 9.0 was possible.
Will the 2018 security patch make it impossible ? Is there a way even to do it ?
I know forcing HiSuite to install 9.0 is a bad idea, because i tried installing 8.0 which bricked the device entirely. I had to buy a service to reflash the stock rom.
Bootloader is unlocked.
Have a nice day, guys. Take care of you.
@Soriahz Can you please post the procedure to downgrade from EMUI 10 to 9.1? I am unable to do so on my BKL-L09.

Simply plug the phone while being booted in Android to your PC. Launch HiSuite and go to Software update. Click then on the right part which is called "other versions". You will then have the 9.1.0 update available.
