So I've been using the Miui Camera app for a little while, just before I unlocked the phone and went to LOS16. On LOS16 I'm using the default camera app, but am missing a couple of things from the Miui Camera app. In particular the Fingerprint Shutter and the different modes (AI / portrait and such). Would it be possible to create a separate apk file of the original Poco Miui-camera, to run on Custom Roms?
Exactly my thought. This is the only thing i miss from MIUI rom! Hoping there's some way we can install the stock camera app on LOS
Its know fact that xiaomi and other brands original camera will not work on los 15, 16. Its because it uses code that is not opensource and is locked to miui system. Only alternative is google cam port, or using camera apps from google playstore like opencamera, footej camera and others.
Can you use the video stabilization in LOS 16?
Or the slow motion?
Slow motion is not working. Video Stabilization is on, at least, that is what it says. Seems to stabilize my movement.
Main reason I am on LOS 16 at the moment is Android Auto, which works there.

i think that's not true, I've seen whyred (redmi note 5 pro or ai global version) stock camera for custom rom on magisk module. Maybe it'll need more time for the development

What is the best rom pie to redmi note 4 snapdragon at the moment for fluidity, speed, battery and customizations? and what is the best audio and camera configuration? Which magisk modules or recommended apps to add? Can I install some miui apps like notes, qr etc?
go for arrows os i am using it from a month no problem so far smooth and bugfree and weekly updates via updater and a great battery life it has decent customization not like hovac and crdriod but they are useful ..... for audio u can install viper and for camera go for arnova latest... u can install google keep for notes and any qr scanner from play store:good:
i'll say pixel experience is best in my opinion. its not customizable.pure stock anroid feel.

I've tried custom Base AOSP rom for Sony Xperia XZ1 (G8341) Single sim
But on average I found a bug on the camera that is auto focus not working .
after opening the camera it is like normal but when will take pictures it happens the camera's focus changes to focus macro
I have tried to change focus but still , change to macro focus
Is there a way to overcome the bug it?
or maybe anyone has a custom AOSP rom suggestion that is stable enough for daily use .

Hello guys, my realme 3 pro is a year old and for some reason always give out of focus images whenever I use Infinity focus. Be it stock cam, Gcam or any other app.
So is it a problem with my device or are there others who have the same problem?
Does realme 3 pro even support infinity focus?

I'm in thoughts of buying Mi 10 5G but have a few questions.
1) Does NFC work Lineage, Evolution or similar custom roms?
2) Does Gcam work well(4K 60fps) Lineage, Evolution or similar custom roms? And does the Gcam add stabilization on 4K 60fps recording?
3) Does the fingerprint sensor work well with Lineage, Evolution or similar custom roms?
4) Are there any port of the Miui stock camera app for Cutom roms?
5) Are there any screen protection Glass that work with the fingerprint sensor?
6) Are there any other camera app than the stock Miui that is able to record in 8K 30fps?
7) Are there any know functions in the phone that doesn't work well with custom roms?
