[One UI 2.5 vs 3.0] Geekbench + Antutu score (w/ Overall Opinion) - Samsung Galaxy S10 Guides, News, & Discussion

I just received my One UI 3 update today. like seriously, I've been waiting for about 3 weeks for the update.. I ran the benchmarks multiple times to make sure there are no incosistencies with the results. Anyways, here they are.
*This is a controlled test*
- ambient room temp 23-24c
- brightness set to ~45%
- cache partition is cleared and app optimisation is reset after One UI 3 update
- memory has been cleared through Device Care
- etc etc
edit: as for battery life, there has been a significant improvement. I'm getting about 20-60 minutes more SoT compared to One UI 2.5 with my usage. it is also worth mentioning that heat management has been improved as well. my S10 Exynos doesn't get hot as much as One UI 2.5. of course there are minor bugs here and there, along with severe animation lag for the volume panel, but overall, I'm very impressed with One UI 3.
Spoiler: Screen shots

MT6589 4.2.1 phone UI not smooth (max ~30fps UI)

hi there,
I just noticed something weird with my china phone (Cubot One - MT6589 1GB RAM), its UI is not as smooth as most jellybean droids.
the UI is always capped at 30-31 fps. i find it kinda weird, because i got a low end LG phone (piece of crap), and it just happens to render UI at 60 fps!.
when my phone first arrived, i remember it would only get kinda smooth when it got hot from playing games, then as it cooled down it wasn't smooth any more. So i flashed an updated ROM from the manufacturer's website hoping it would solve it; it didn't, and even worse, it will no longer get smooth under heavy apps. :/
is there anything i can do to make it render at 60fps? build.prop edit, init.d script, some file editing??
i'm including a couple 'shots.

i find this frame cap utterly ridiculous :/

G600K 30b Update

Looks like no one cares about Pie for G6 anymore. But I'm just write few experiences with new 30b update ANW.
- Battery improved significantly, which is a huge plus. Mine G6 is completely stock, AOD disabled, no social apps, 19% for 51 min SOT (20p get only 40 min).
- Smoothness is about the same, though I feel like Pie is smoother just a little bit.
- Few changes in the UI (gesture, app drawer, home button, icons shape...).
But:
- Stock Cam app is draining battery pretty much (defect I guess).
- Bluetooth give the same feeling as stock cam.
Most improvements after updates are due to the cache being cleared or, even better, a factory reset.
The change to pie on a two year old phone isn't going to produce miracles. Disabling all the system bloat and using greenify should get you the same 7h screen time I get on oreo - but I recently replaced my battery.

I think this is Official Pixel Experience :-)

Just out in New Zealand today
Yeah so after install an my Poco cooled down I took a bench mark. Zero overclocking an not in the fridge (causes condensation an eventual rust internally doing that).
Not bad for a beta official. Only thing missing for me is switching back. Button an recents in the nav bar an I am not a fan of home screen search bar being stuck down bottom.
But runs smooth an very stable.
Still testing.

Well folks major hurdle found 4hrs after official beta pixel experience for Poco X3 NFC. No video playback an only the camera which came with the ROM will take photos. No other photo or video playback with 3rd party cameras off play store. An only limited options for photos with the camera in the ROM. Will test video with 1080p instead of 4k as that's often an issie.
It's a beta an may need time to work out the video bugs.
Maybe I will retest it in a month or so.

TBH, I haven't noticed much difference in daily use. I am not a "power user" so there may be some under the hood stuff I am missing. It may be the placebo effect but it seems to have slightly better battery life.
Oh I noticed a few things like if your using the main display and pull notifications down the gap between the sides I noticed the blur animation thing that they do and also they changed the dpi settings on both screens thats all I noticed really
Ye iv noticed battery seems to be better aswell

Review of poco x3 NFC with custom rom

This is my review of custom ROM running corvus 16.7 with optuimus drunk 11v
Performance 60% boost I started getting 80-60fps lock / Codm 90 fps lock / other games 60 to 110 fps lock (based on my experince)
Battery life is greatly increased from miui 5-7 hours screen time on corvus avg 8-12 hour screen time (while playing pubg/Codm=8-9 hr based on your setting) no more bugs device deserve to be called #smoothaf You can root large variety of systemui looks you can change colors system icons logo any many more rooting and many better things gapps are inclulded working no bugs issues there us smart charging you can put a charge limit like to stop charging when it hits 80% system wide dark mode also gaming mode (corvus is a gaming ROM) you will never regert it
