Hello i was needing the stock firmware to my s21 SM-A215U A215USQS6BUL1 TMK im actually try to downgrade it for android 11 to android 10 and if possible put TWRP on it if anyone could help me out i would really appreciate it thank you

You can't downgrade. You can downgrade only if your phone firmwares android 11 & android 10 have the same binary. You can visit here to find firmwares: https://samfw.com/

Now I see, Samsung J210F has 6.0.1 firmware available. As both of these belongs to Samsung J2 model, is it possible to install J210F firmware in my J200H device?

We now have lots of roms, and installing j210f firmware will brick your j200h

I know that my phone has to use KLTE, but on the forums here, they say KLTE is
KLTE = G900I, G0900F and G900M
K3G = G900H

I don't see SM-900F, but there is G0900F, is that the same as 900F or what is the difference? And can i install Lineage on mij phone?.

Follow the instructions to unlock bootloader and root as written in the respective threads in the Guides section. I just rooted the latest USA (XAR) version T870XXU2CVE5 using those methods.
