How to get rid of quick note (I believe that what it is) - LG G Pad X 8.0 Questions & Answers

I am using this LG G Pad x 8.0 (LG-V521) mostly as an E Books reader device.
What I would like to do is to remove, delete or disable (to save battery power) to what I think is the quick note app when I stroll to the left of the main screen.
Can anyone help me with this?
It is original condition running Android 7.0 (might change if anyone knows an "easy" way to do this).
Thanks ahead for any suggestion / help.

[Q] help! new to android

hi guys,
i have had an android phone (not rooted, stock) for a while. I recently brought an android tablet, archos arnova 7c g2 running gingerbread.
i know how to set the security on my phone, the tablet however is a bit more complex. the option to set a security lock is not listed in the settings and i can't find anything on the marketplace that will provide this function.
can anyone help? maybe recommend an app?
also i have been looking at rooting it to see if it unlocks the feature. i am new to android and have no tech/programming knowlege. would it be worth pursuing rooting? or is there another way to secure the device?
i am very happy with the tablet, it does everything i need, i would feel a lot happier if i could secure it in case one of the kids should play with it and lose data.
thanks in advance
jay
You mean you cannot find the option in settings>location and security?

[Q] Requesting stock notes apk to open a backup.rnt file

Folks,
I have a LG OPTIMUS F5 P875 cellphone that unfortunately, out of nowhere, stopped working. I've indeed lost many important things, but what I miss the most are my notes.
On the other hand, a couple months ago I have made this backup.rnt with richnote itself (it's the stock notes apk) and I was able to save it someplace else, but now that I'm trying to open it, I've discovered that no other application will manage to do it (I've tried a lot of them).
Well, I have this rooted SAMSUNG Galaxy Ace 2 and I was planning to get that same richnote.apk and run it on my rooted cellphone, then I would be able, at least theoretically, to open my backup.rnt file with it.
Would it be really possible to run this same apk in my Samsung? Could someone upload your own Richnote.apk for me? Is there something else I can do to get this RNT file opened?
I have already tried these, but they don't work: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2618790
I know this is probably not the proper forum, but I didn't find one about LG OPTIMUS F5.
Thank you very much.

Best way to get rid of bloatware

Hi everyone,
I have recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 to draw, watch movies, edit notes,...
I'd like to get rid of some bloatware (I don't use Chrome or most of the pre-installed apps) but some looks useful (air command or anything to do with the S Pen).
What would you suggest me to do, to keep some of the useful pre-installed app and get rid of the rest?

Package Disabler Pro
Then it changed, and needed a plug in..
now I read that Package Disabler Pro+ doesn't require a plug in.
The professional version ( More expensive version ) I REMEMBER just turned off time on your display etc.
I used it on my S2, I don't have a S3, I don't have a Samsung anymore. No idea if it works for S3. Careful on using it. No root required. I could turn off about 100 things! and once I turned off the Samsung touch wiz? or something to do with the Launcher.. I had to re-install the OS again

Hi Mr Nice Guy!
I have read about Disabler Pro while searching on the forums. I guess I will give it a try. Thank you for the help

Meitu T9

Good evening!
I recently bought a limited edition Meitu T9 phone (Card Captor Sakura edition), and I'm extremely happy (I bought it because of my collector's heart).
But there are some slight issues I'm facing, and if I'm able to fix them it will be even better.
It uses MeiOS 4.3.5, based on Android 8.1. I know only few people use this brand/OS, so I understand if I it's too much I'm asking for.
When I go to settings/display, there is a personalization option, and whenever I try to tap it it just brings me back to Settings page. Anyone know of any tips or fix?
So far I have not been able to find anything on this.
Is there a fellow T9 user around?

[Problem] Marbotic smart numbers & letters on non samsung devices

Hi,
I'm sorry if it's not the right forum I posted this.
I bought this marbotic learning tools for my little daughter.
Unfortunately my samsung tablet broke and I bought another one.
Now I'm unable to start the marbotic apps i.e. "10 fingers" from play store, the apps can be installed, but when started there's a check that say I don't have a compatible samsung tablet.
Is there any way to trick that check? On my new tablet Fire HD10 (2019) I have only temp root, so I think it's not possible to change build.prop
anyone has an idea about this app?
