- Download the ROM and transfer them to your device.
- Boot to recovery (TWRP-CN recommended).
- Flash the ROM Zip file.
- Format data
- Reboot your device, first boot will be a bootloop, so once you see the bootanimation (Palladium-OS Logo), force reboot your phone by pressing and holding the power button.
The ROM has GApps prebuilt, so you dont need to flash GApps again

My phone is redmi 9 Lancelot, I just flashed the zip file in twrp and are using the camera app that was preinstalled gcam go... If you use a different camera app there's a chance it won't work...

Did you flash anything else after flashing the rom?
Have you disabled anything
Is you device showing the same thing as the attached file

No flashing, the first thing I did when I installed the rom was to test it, without modifying anything.
It comes out the same as in your image. I have read that video recording does not work in any custom rom

It's an issue, this is the first rom other than crdroid that worked for me...
In crdroid almost everything works but it has some bugs, like the brightness slider not working, the screen coming alive when you run your hand over the front sensor, screen turning to full brightness before going off
You could give crdroid a try if this doesn't work

what version of miui do your phone based on? I used the miui CN 12.0.4 base before switching to this rom sir. and it works fine both camera video recording, and screen recording
btw, may i see your log? i cant help anything if i cant look that log sir

I do not come from miui, if not from another custom rom, so that must be the error

thats main issue in lava sir. use miui kernel (miui boot.img) to fix it
