Android 10 after installing 11 ? - Samsung Galaxy A21s Questions & Answers

Hi all, I've got an A21s and I have downloaded the Indian stock rom from Sammobile. I myself live in the Netherlands, but even that Android 11 flashfile (PHN) installs android 10.
The website says it is version 11, in the ZIP it says :
AP_A217FXXU5CUD1_CL21209953_QB39239702_REV00_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT_meta_RKEY_OS11.tar.md5
But after flashing via Odin 3.14, I am still on Android 10
Now I have an unlocked bootloader, I have tried both bootloaders (vol + vol - cable) (recovery -> bootloader) and it still doesn't work.
What am I doing wrong here ? Can Android 11 only be installed by Sideload, or ADB ? Do I have to lock the bootloader again ? Just don't get it. if the flashfile says 11 why am I stil on 10 ?
Any input would be apreciated, thanks.
Edit: I forgot to remove the simcard, and I used HOME_CSC instead of CSC, but even with a removed simcard, and flahsing the Indian stock 11 rom, and using CSC, I still don't get android 11..

Try doing it through the system update menu in settings (OTA Update)

help with xiaomi redmi 3 pro

Hi all:
I came to this forum in search for help with mi xiaomi redmi 3 pro.
I bought this phone a few weeks ago, and so far i'm really very happy with it, but unfortunately the rom installed has not my language completely, some parts are in PT/BR and aome in english.
So I would like to install the EU rom that has the full portuguese package included.I have already taken the first steps.Asked to xiaomi permission to unlock bootloader, which was already granted, but this step is my firs problem.I follwoed all the instructions connected the phone in FASTBOOT mode to the PC but whenever it reaches the 50% I get a message saying: "couldn't verify device-not connected to MI phone.try again"
Someone told that this is because I don't have the CHINA DEV installed, and this is my 2nd problem.I have downloaded the last china developer to my phone, I go to config-update-choose update package then I select the downloaded version, but then again I get the message error : can't verify update !!!
And this is it, i'm really blocked !! what to do ?? do I have to root my phone using something like KingoRoot and lose my warranty ??
PLease help me.
Modified bootloader
Try this modified bootloader and then flash xiaomi.eu ROM
sSo if I understood it right I have to do this:
Installation :
1. Unrooted device
- download file ido-TWRP-3.0.2.0-miflash.zip
- extract and flash using miflash in download mode
this will also install official TWRP 3.0.2.0 to the device
and next step I have to instal the xiaomi.eu rom. right ??
Ok after reading a lot I found that to do that I need a PC with a 64 bit windows (mine is 32 )
Besides that for any strange reason I can't onstall the drivers !!!

(SOLVED) HUAWEI Y6 WIFI greyed out ...

Hi,
After messing around with an update that i flashed i had to do a data/factory reset. After that : i no longer have WIFI
The wifi remains greyed out. I can tick the slider in settings but it remains greyed out. Nothing scanned.
I'm on SCL-L01C432B130 (but kernel says : 3.10.49-g82e2bc7 from 7 march 2017. I think that'a not ok...because i never updated this stock rom)
Anyways, wiping cache does nothing. Factory reset does nothing. I cannot even update to another build for my phone (B140) which gives me a FAILURE FLASH ?!
So i'm out of any clues now...
ps : my phone is no longer rooted, and even more i cannot root it anymore with Kingroot or with fastboot to flash TWRP : failure "remote command not allowed"
My phone is still bl unlocked and frp unlocked as i can see in fastboot mode. But then again...is it unlocked ?!
edit : nope it isn't anymore : device-info says : unlocked : false...!
ps2 : my imei is still visible
Any clues ?
EDIT : SOLVED : : had to unlock bootloader with unlock code( since i could not root it with Kingroot as before). After that i could install TWRP again with fastboot. Flashed CM12.1 and my WIFI (modem stuff) was back on track ! Somehow, the OTA update messed up everything...but now running smooth again :good:
btw : does someone have the original firmware update.app for the B130 ?

Struggling to downgrade... -Help needed please

I'm trying to downgrade from 9.1 to any version that allows a bootloader unlock..
I've got a (P20 Lite) (64gb);
ANE-LX1 build 9.1.0.231 (C782E5R1P7)
EMUI 9.1.0
I believe that the C782 refers to the fact it's a UK version and ProjectMenu verifies this:
Vendor: o2
Country: uk
I tried downgrading via HiSuite, except that it gives me no options to downgrade and simply states that I'm up to date.
I also tried putting various firmwares into a dload folder and install via the ProjectMenu sdcard update
as well as a forced update (holding +&- and power whilst booting).
Both methods failed....
I've only used firmwares with 782 in them i.e
Huawei P20 Lite ANE Anne-L21 8.0.0.143(C782) Firmware Android 8.0.0 EMUI 8.0.0 05015EHQ androidhost.ru
or
Huawei P20 Lite ANE-LX1 ANE-L21 Anne-L21 8.0.0.150(C782) Firmware 8.0.0 r1 EMUI8.0 05015EHQ androidhost.ru
I noticed the firmwares were (vendor) hw and (country) eu, maybe this is why the updates are failing?...
I believe there is a way to change the vendor & country to match on the phone to match the firmware I want to install, but I couldn't manage that either...
What am I doing wrong?
Can somebody please verify that I am (at least) using the right firmware(s) or that I could try other firmwares?
Any help/guides greatly appreciated
Thanks
cant help much, but, you can try region change thing from dc unlocker region vendor cange info
here are first site i find at dc unlocker repair info
have not tried with p20 lite, but used with p9 and all worked, ofcorse, there can be driver problems if use windows 10, so, turn off driver signature before instal some drivers related!

Thanks for tho reply and the links & tips, I 'll have a look through them.
I'm pretty sure the drivers are installed correctly as I can communicate over ADB & fastboot. I'll double-check anyway

Can't downgrade from Android 10 to 9 - XT2016-2

Hello everyone. I've been trying to no avail for at least 7 hours.
I once updated to Android 10 and my touchscreen started working funny and I've not been able to downgrade to Android 9.
I've already unlocked the bootloader and Bootloader Mode states "flashinig_unlocked".
But I can only flash Android 10 roms via fastboot flash. Everytime I want to flash for example preloader.bin or others, I get the error "(bootloader) validation image failed" on almost all images but the system.img_sparsechunk files and PGPT file.
Can someone PLEEEEASE give me a hint or hand? I've already relocked and re unlocked the bootloader.
I use Rescue and Smart Assistant to recover the phone after a failed Android 9 flash but it auto downloads Android 10 FW. I replaced the files for the Android 9 files and the process fails. I really don't know what else to do.
RSD Lite doesn't recognize my phone, the same as SPFlashTool
Thanks a lot!

Stuck with x3 SZ uncertified and no access to fastboot Where to find ozip fimware for rmx2086 ui2.0 to upper

HI, everybody here's my problem i've flashed a european UI3.0 x3 sz with an official realme indian Android 11 UI2.0 firmware and now i'm stuck :
1) no update via google play (no more certified google protect)
2) no more access to fastboot to re -flash the device via oppo software or any ohter software
I think the only solution is to get an official ozip file because only recovery mode is available
I tried with the only ozip file available on realme but i get this error message : cannot update with an older version, im' currently with android 11 UI.20 and the firmware available is android 10 ui1.0
