I tried using "fastboot erase boot" and will not let me delete it or flash it, the same code error. Now, when I start my folio 100 ...Toshiba logo appears, but does not load anything. Can you help? Huawei Ascend D1 Brick when try to update firmware

Hello,
I've tried to update my firmware from 4.0.1 to 5.1.1, as this thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/u9500-rom-s-utilities-huawei-ascend-d1-t3137928
1- I rooted my phone with Knigoroot.
2- I flashed a custom TWRP that exists in the thread above with Flashify.
3- I enabled USB Debugging and Fastboot, but when the device rebooted, it stuck in Huawei logo
4- I tried to install ADB driver but when I try to excute "ADB Devices" in cmd it shows me empty devices, but "Fastboot Devices" gives me this line " ???????????? fastboot", and I can do "Fastboot reboot".
5- I can't flash a recovery image, it shows me that "recovery partition dosn't exist"

Hello,
I have a Vodafone 890n with Android 4.4. Today I tried to install TWRP. Phone was already rooted from 2 years ago, or something like that. I downloaded the image, installed Flashify, installed TWRP then I rebooted the phone just to see what is in the first photo
. No matter what I do, I end up in this screen. If I press power button + up&down I get the second photo . After installing the driver for the phone, I was able to see the phone using fastboot devices, but in ADB the list is empty and if I try to run fastboot boot or fastboot flash recovery it will return FAILED unknown command. Is the phone hardbricked ?

You have to use the side port on the phone and you need to type adb reboot fastboot while the phone is booted into the recovery menu/bootloader. It should reboot into fastbootd at which point your device will show up when checking with the command fastboot devices.
