If you want cuatomization, this is the best ROM so far, there are so much things that you can tweak, that it is just stupid, is Ressurection Remix on steroids, and it looks fanstastic.

The original dev stopped working on Evolution X official, that will be discontinued and it will take some time to make this one official but it's on par with latest Evo X Official so it's safe to flash

Hi. I am translating this from Spanish.
your operating system is amazing, there are only two problems for me.
when I have the keyboard open and want to go back, if I do it from the keyboard it will always type a key.
There is an option which is to disable back with the keyboard open, but I want it to be the same as miui, that I can go back in any area.
And another thing is that when I send voice memos on WhatsApp, if I press the microphone while being down in the corner, it will always cut the recording at approximately 10 seconds. If I send a voice note with the keyboard open this does not happen. there's a solution? thank you very much for the help and excuse the translation

0. Unlock your bootloader.
1. Check our website to get latest build available.
2. Flash AOSP Recovery then reboot to recovery.
3. Select "Apply updates via ADB" and sideload the rom via "adb sideload path/to/rom.zip"
4. Format data (factory reset).
6. Reboot to System and #KeepEvolving.

Hi, I believe we do not have call recording. Our dialer is Google's and it depends on Google.
This ROM is opensource and you may check it's source code if you have any privacy concerns.
By using this ROM you are accepting Google's Privacy Policy [Android & GMS]. We do not track any of your data, though we do not control the how the application you installed on your device yourself collect your data.

You can flash it with your preferred method as stated in OP, it can be via recovery or fastboot. As long as it is MIUI China Stable V12.0.8.0.

I get error7 in twrp. Tried to edit the updater script to no avail. Ends up in boot loop. Looking forward to trying this rom.

you are doing something wrong try to update your twrp to latest version or use my orangefox recovery or try to redownload the rom

I just wanted to ask you if you've played with the resolution and density (like 480p or 720p) and if you think its a good way to boost performance, or it's not worth it to root just for that because of security.

You have VoLTE toggle but I thought that VoLTE does not work on Shamu above Android 8.1??. What's the deal?

I am missing call recording in this rom. Is it possible to include it in the update (11)?

Yes, the ROM works perfectly after updating the firmware (and after downloading the right ROM version, lol)
Probably the best custom ROM for Redmi9 right now. The best part for me is the Ten-X customization hub that has every setting I was looking for in other ROMs but couldn't find them. Camera and video works.

for now, the prebuild camera app only support main camera sir. but you can enabled it by using anx camera and change the fingerprint to MI A3. ill add anx cam in the future with all lens enabled

Lancelot - Works great mate, everythin is all right, also nfc ;] 0 problems with flashing this rom. Only camera has worse quality, but i hope that it will be fixed soon

The rom gets stuck on the Loading and blinking dot page for me.. Downloaded the latest rom from 16hours ago.
edit: The ROM is working fine after I tried another TWRP version + fixed vbmeta.

recovery-TWRP-3.4.2B-0108-REDMI9-CN-wzsx150 that was on the frontpage on a google search then I used a modified vbmeta that was linked in https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...ll-twrp-and-custom-rom.4254091/#post-84745287 from MRBLYAT and all worked for me, even camera/recording etc.. all good stuff.
Yeah had to switch away from this ROM because incoming calls didnt work when the screen was locked. They only worked if I was inside the homescreen.. wierd AF ..
Yeah tried 4 different ROMs same problem in all of them, yeah too much hassle .. im done, im going to buy apple phone and just call it a day XD
What i doing wrong ?
I flash miui global 12.01.0 via fastboot, boot up and unlock phone by account.
Flash twrp 3.4.2b by wzsx150 and use fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
Reboot
Miui still works.
Boot into twrp, flash 10x rom, wipe data, reboot. Reboot again prevent bootloop.
20 minutes just watching blinking dot and phone is hot AF.

Rom is overall very great thanks @0_RoXoR_0 for this rom to our beryllium but there is is minor bug
qs image can't be added, no. of icons can't be increased vertically, please look into this once .

Yes I've noticed those bugs and Tenx team is working on it. Hopefully these bugs will get fixed by 3.1 release. However I have no clue when this will happen. Thanks for your feedback. Take care, stay safe
