Hi. I'll give it a try. The features of this rom in the description sounds awesome, mainly the camera performance. I'm in VS995.

Hi!
Thanks for continuing the V20 development, its a great device and I'm happy that its getting the love it deserves. I've got an H910, so I'm going to download and flash this via varient twrp from an oreo notsostock rooted rom. Looking forward to what 11 brings to the table and what features I can pull out of this phone. Cheers.

Make sure you flash the nougat flashable from here in twrp as the nougat firmware is required for the fingerprint sensor

That's good news. Right now I've tried the rom and the camera performance is insane! Really it feels like stock.
But i had issues finding a working gapps. Finally i get google services working using NikkGapps but could be better. Good to know that Gapps builds will be available for the rom.

Glad to see that you're enjoying it! But yea with the gapps variant there won't be a need to flash gapps anymore

I am excited to try this out on my US996.
I was on Weta forever and now on LOS 18. Am I safe to just flash the VS995 ROM to the US996 phone? Do I need to change TWRP to the VS995 version before I can flash VS995 Lighthouse on my US996?
Thanks xxseva44 for the work!

The vs995 variant should flash fine as that's what i use on my us996 although if it doesn't work, then yea you'll need to flash the vs995 twrp

Quick heads up to everyone running the rom, MAKE SURE YOU SET THE DEFAULT PHONE AND CALLER ID APP. Not doing this can cause the dialer and phone app to not show up when receiving a call. TO DO THIS, SEARCH FOR DEFAULT APPS IN SETTINGS, THEN HEAD OVER TO CALLER ID AND SPAM APP & PHONE APP. FROM THERE, SET YOU PREFERRED APP

Last update feels awesome, i'm using it right now. The Gapps build gives you no choice to use AOSP or google version of some system apps, so i prefer Vanilla with NikkGapps Core.
As you said, LiveDisplay/ColorCalibration used to limit screen hosting is broken, i hope it can have a fix in later builds.
Thanks for the work!

Ah, well first you'll have to go back to nougat and then, unlock it again and flash the vs995 variant of this rom. As for getting back to nougat, i'd talk to the dev of the pie port as it's more complicated and requires extra steps that i'm not too familiar with

I'm glad!
Does it use oxygen RIL like paranoid and sultan's rom?
Nice, another Uber compiled rom=D
edit: btw does it have double tap to wake? cant seem to find info on that
Edit2: Nevermind, flashed and saw it has gestures. Btw supersu is not included! You might want to correct the first post=p
Good work mate!
Straight to the point thoughts on this ROM:
(1)It is super smooth.
(2)Restore Oxygen EFS using TWRP to get stable reception.
(3)Customization is minimal but that's OK considering the stability of the rom. The phone feels like Nexus.
(4)On lock screen, battery percentage disappears from Status Bar.
(5)Battery Life seems to be above average. Can report on that after a Day.
This will be my daily driver for quite a long time. Great Work Dev.
Btw,I used OpenGapps Nano package.
Thanks for the rom wil try today. Was using aosp-caf till now. But whats the difference in this one

t2w is located under the display settings. And about SuperSU, I'm not gonna edit that, you might wanna flash the next build!
Possible bug just want someone to confirm it's not on my end. When I use circle gesture for camera it stops at lock screen. Not a big deal never use it just doing my part.

Do you have multiple camera apps installed ? May be that is the reason. You need to select a default app after that it should work. I don't have this ROM at the moment, so can't say if it's working.
this is awesome rom man ! THE rom that i was searching for years ! just setup the usual setting already makes me happy ! oh man im in love :silly::silly::silly:
a big thanks to Dev for the rom. :good::good:
Hi @rohitporoli , im kind new to this but may i ask where is the su.d folder ? i flashed superSU 2.65 and suppose to have /su/su.d right ? please advise
First, I want to thank You for this fantastic optimized, smooth and great looking rom. I'm using it since yesterday an i think it has a great potential Also battery life with stock kernel is phenomenal at standby atleast
For now i found one bug: when camera is on and i rotate the phone vertical every options on left edge of screen are visible. But when i rotate the phone horizontal to take photo all options are gone. It means options are there, You can click on them, but you can't see them.
I can't find option to touch right upper corner of screen and pull out all quick settings.
I'm still testing this rom , but I think it will be my new daily driver.

Open supersu and then install backup scripts if it prompts, may be that's when it creates the folder. Check inside one of those folders, priv-app probably. I don't know much about this su.d, just giving you leads. I m on tipsy and have it inside system.

Hi, EsromTech, youre rom suport gestures for screen on/off?
Thank you, anyway.
Guys, believe me. This is the best [email protected]#$%^ ROM out there, I tried so many, but this one is more than Stable.
You should work at Google man, love it. Thank you so much!
Check also this video, about this ROM.

---------- Post added at 05:19 PM ---------- Previous post was at 04:54 PM ----------
Here are some kindly/feature request:
I would love to see the following:
- Option to make time smaller
- Option to make angle/corner battery-icon
- Option to make more/secure dots security password (now we have 3 x 3), would love to see more!
Found some small little bugs, not a big issue.
* When you go to "Lean settings" and you go at "At A Glance" and/or "Feed" and you click on "Important" there come a small/little crash.
Thanx for this Rom! I've found two issue. The Alert slider is buggy and the camera shoot purpleized picture with flashlight.
Have screenshots?

Yes... Screen on/off gestures are working smoothly compare to some other Custom roms.
Especially screen off gesture (flashlight, music, etc).
Try yourself and let us know.
Thanks.

FAQ:
Before using the ROM:
Q. Can I have an ETA for the next build?
A. Yes, just look in the OP to see if your device is built on a nightly or weekly schedule.
Q. Does this ROM support custom kernels?
A. No. You can still use them, but discussion should go in the thread of the respective kernel. We don't offer support for bugs you might encounter while using them!
Q. Why doesn't this ROM support Xposed?
A. Xposed is a hack that is geared towards AOSP, custom ROM's modify the framework a lot, so Xposed can cause a ton of issues on custom ROM's. Now it might work for you, however it is not to be discussed in this thread, and you should refrain from posting bug reports.
Q. Alright, but I still want to flash Xposed, so which version do I need to install?
A. You will need to use the version arm64/arm/whatever for SDK 27.
Flashing the ROM:
Q. What do I need to know before flashing?
A. Check the install instructions in the first post...
Q. Can the builds be dirty flashed over each other?
A. Yes, however make a nandroid backup first as there is a chance of getting a bootloop or encountering bugs. Also bugs may only be reported on a clean flash.
Q. How do I dirty flash builds?
A. Wipe the System, Cache and ART/Dalvik cache. Flash the ROM, GApps (only needed if you wipe the system), your preferred root solution and reboot. Or just use the OTA app to preform that task for you.
Q. How do I flash kernel builds?
A1. If it's a .img file, boot into TWRP and go to the install page in TWRP, in the bottom right corner select "install image", select the desired kernel, then select "boot", then swipe to flash, then go back to the install screen and install your root method again, if you don't want to loose root and reboot.
A2. If it's a flashable ZIP, you can flash it together with a ROM update or separately. Go to the install page in TWRP, choose the kernel zip (or add it to the flash queue right after the ROM zip). Then add your root method to the queue if you don't want to loose root. Now swipe to flash, and then reboot.
Using the ROM:
Q. I installed a bad theme and now I'm getting a bootloop, how do I fix it?
A. In TWRP, flash the substratum rescue zip that's in the substratum folder on the internal storage.
Q. Do I need to provide a logcat if I'm reporting a bug?
A. If you want it to be fixed faster (or at all) then yes, you should definitely provide a logcat. (Note: Please just link the logcat from your GDrive, Dropbox, etc. and do not post the content here. Thanks.
Q. How do I get a logcat, what type should I get and more questions that can conveniently be answered by my pre-determined answer?
A1. Read this thoroughly. Also, here's a good app for getting logs: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tortel.syslog (Root needed).
The ROM should contain everything you need to enjoy Android. You don't need to install any Add-on's, simply download the latest ROM, GApps, flash it and go!
If you want the device to run the ROM "rooted", you can flash a root solution of your choice after the ROM Zipfile.
It is STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing and please avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup as this can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug.
If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience any strange behavior.
- Backup your personal data (Important)
- Download the ROM and GApps and transfer them to your device.
- Boot to recovery (TWRP recommended).
- Wipe the System, Cache, Data and ART/Dalvik cache.
- Flash the ROM + Gapps Zipfile.
- Flash the root solution of your choice (optional).
- Reboot your device.
The ROM has GApps persistence in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once!
The root solution should be flashed together with every update (= ROM Update)
Currently Supported Root Solutions:
Magisk stable
Magisk versions higher than 14.0 doesn't require flash on every dirty flash depending on the device, some devices need you to flash it every time, unless your maintainer says otherwise it should be fine

I want to give ypu a personal thank you for this build. A light AOSP build with a few "neccessary" added features has always been my favorite way to rock out. You have done me a favor, and made an awesome build for Sanders. Thank you very much, my friend.....and keep up the great work

Fluid Rom atm... It's possible to add in a future update any option for black theme?? It's a battery saver ?

@Demoxing Thanks a lot man. I was waiting for this Rom.
I want to use this as my Daily Driver.
Will you provide Monthly Updates and make this Rom Stable in Future? Any chances of this Rom becoming Official ?

So I'll be able to access these features after installation?
customization features in their official*Telegramchannel (@PixelExperience) which will be available in the CAF and AOSP builds of the ROM (starting with the*May 2019 Android security patch*build).
Some fans of the Pixel Experience ROM have been asking its developers to add in some additional features. The goal was to always focus on stability and porting over Pixel features. That has made the custom ROM what it is today, but it also means others have avoided it due to it not having some core custom ROM features that people have grown to expect. So, in the next official build of Pixel Experience, we are told to expect the following new features:
Buttons
Invert navbar keys (disabled by default)
Volume wake (disabled by default)
Volume music control (disabled by default)
Torch on power menu (disabled by default)
Disable power menu on lockscreen (disabled by default)
Ability to take screenshots using hardware physical keys (for devices without navigation bar)
Status Bar

VoLTE icon toggle (disabled by default, unavailable on devices with notch)
Quick pulldown (disabled by default)
Traffic Indicator (disabled, hidden unavailable on devices with notch)
Disable qs on lockscreen (disabled by default)
Lights
Battery pulse when low toggle (enabled by default)
Display
LiveDisplay
Switch to dark theme based on time of the day
Pocket detection (disabled by default)
Double tap to sleep on statusbar and lockscreen (disabled by default)
Ability to force full screen and ignore notch, useful for games and Netflix (inspired by*MIUI)
Custom accents color
Sound and Vibration
Vibrate on connect call (disabled by default)
Ringtone chooser for 2nd sim card
FP vibration (enabled by default, AOSP behavior)
Screenshot sound (enabled by default, AOSP behavior)

@Demoxing
Hello
Thank you. After you have encountered problems, send the features of Ram to the first post along with screenshots from personalization.
Does this rom have the notification bug?
EJ: Do I have to have whatsapp open for messages to arrive? Since it does not work in second plane
PD: Thank you for keeping our N5 up to date!

Here I am sure 100% there is not notification bug in this rom. currently this rom is under maintenance. I'm working on it and share soon.
Can we replace built-in gapps with the custom ones, like opengapps?
