I update from 21.6.2 to 21.6.9 without issue, and rooted with magisk 23.0
you can dl the last iso HERE
Be careful if you flash from another firmware, but not weekly, you'll have to wipe data to boot....

my note 9 pro is stuck on the system has been destroyed and when im trying to connect it with pc so i could flash stock rom.
