like many, i am getting this error. i have a built PC with a Ryzen 7 2700X. I think there might be a BIOS setting to enable TPM, but I haven't checked yet. Anyone else run into this?

Maybe you need to enable it on the BIOS. UEFI or Legacy?
Just run tpm.msc and it should give you status of TPM. If your PC supports it and it's in disabled state you can enable it from BIOS as earlier post suggests
Not sure which MBD you have but it's in the BIOS for sure. I had to search to find it on my ASUS MBD.
I'm excited to try windows 11 but my machine is very old i7-4720 and don't have TPM 2.0, i know there is workaround, when i saw the UI and android app via amazon store will be available later, i'm very excited.
Is there anyone try windows 11 without TPM 2.0 with just modified registry in set up installer? (without replace dll or install.wim/esd)

What processor does your desktop have? I have an Intel i5 7th Gen and the PC Health Check says I'm not compatible....
I am using ryzen 5 2500u based netbook and it supports tpm 2.0 (checked using tpm.msc) but still compatibility checker says cannot run w11
Did you try WhyNotWin11? It says exactly what is missing based on the official release. Download it from here.

You need to enable fTPM in BIOS. It's somewhere in Security or Advanced section in your BIOS. I had to do the same with 3600.
Not all CPUs are compatible with that, and not all the manufacturers give the option to enable TPM. Lets bypass it, shall we? Create a new txt file anywhere on your pc and open it. After that, add the following lines:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\LabConfig] “BypassTPMCheck”=dword:00000001 “BypassSecureBootCheck”=dword:00000001
Save the file, and then rename it, just remove the "txt" and replace it with "reg". Open the file and BOOM. The setup should work.

I used that too to check compatibility.
Yea I've seen that, it came up after it ran a check to see if I can upgrade and said my puter wasn't able to get Win 11....
Funny thing is I'm already running Windows 11 so not sure how to explain that....
1: Create your own installation media
2: The steps necessary to remove the "Secure Boot" and "TPM 2.0" requirements error when attempting to install Windows 11
3: Obtain the newest available Windows 10 ISO from Micro$0ft;
Already have made your Windows 11 USB Installer using Rufus;
Mount Windows 10 ISO;
Find and locate the folder named Sources on the mounted ISO;
Copy all of the files in the Sources folder of the mounted ISO except for install.wim/install.esd;
Navigate to the Windows 11 bootable USB Installer that you have previously created in your File Manager;
Open the Sources folder on the Windows 11 bootable USB Installer;
Paste the previously copied contents/files from the Sources folder on the mounted Win 10 ISO to the Sources folder of the Windows 11 bootable USB Installer, and make sure to replace the files present in the Windows 11 USB Installer Sources folder;
Boot from Windows 11 USB Installer;
Profit from not having the requirements of Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 being enabled in place.

I remember very similar pains when Windows 10 first released. I think everything will be fine for the most part as long as your machine can run Windows 10. Not much is different between the two.
Thank you thank you thank you I thought I was screwed too I've got an old optiplex 790 with a Intel i5 4 series and I just booted all I did was change the registry through the BIOS on the front end during the install which means I made the ISO file for USB UEFI boot I got the error saying that my machine hardware was not suitable for Windows 11 so I hit shift and F10 to command prompt and entered notepad because I already copied the registry into a text document that's accessible from the file menu in the notepad never done that before and that was pretty cool..copied it and then went back to the command prompt and went to the regedit.exe... copy what I had on the the text document into the actual local registry and then started the install process all over and Golden... I had to actually download the ISO file from Android host file of all places checksum good worked out everything's even better when I can beat the status quo

Decided to doctor TP prior to CM9 I am a noob at this and did a lot of reading prior.
Tried to download the doctor from my account and when verifying said Java version not available, error, follow link to Java site, confirms I have latest Java 7
Download doctor anyway run it to get Palm inc file look in Programs etc file is there but missing Novacom.exe file.
Run webos quick install click reinstall Novacom install "Driver error".
Also I have downloaded the doctor via "webos doctor versions" each time no Novacom.exe file. everything else is there but no exe file!
Tried to download universainstallerintstaller initializingntialising like many other users are finding.
So finally me question, how can I install CM(9 on Touchpad without Novacom exe file in Palm inc file?
Asearchingrs of seaching downloading etc I can not progress any further, any help appreciated.
Okay, a couple of things.
Firstly, when you install Java, sometimes it doesn't put itself into your path, so that'll explain sometimes why it couldn't find your Java.
Secondly, make sure you're running your Command Prompt as an administrator, and not just a user (or temporarily disable UAC and reboot).
To get the WebOS QuickInstall to work, open a command prompt (as Administrator), then type PATH. If, in that long list of gabledness, you see something that looks like "C:\Program Files\java\jre7\bin" or "C:\Program Files (x86)\java\jre7\bin" (or something that says java, a jre / jdk, and bin), you have it in your path. If you don't, then you need to find it. Type "C:\Program Files\java\" and then hit tab. Once you have the option that includes jre (I don't know the exact path, since I install it manually to a different directory), type \bin after that. Hit the HOME button, type PATH=%PATH%; (all caps, use the %'s and the semi-colon at the end) and then have the "C: bit start right after the ;. That should give you the ability to use Java from the command prompt.
Next, remember where you put the WebOS QuickInstall .jar file, and go to it (cd \users\YOURUSERNAME\Downloads usually on Win7, or C:\Documents and Settings\YOURUSERNAME\My Documents\Downloads on WinXP), then type java (the webos quickinstall jarfile). That should open it up, and allow you to install the Novacom drivers.
From there, you can then install CM9 by following the instructions listed everywhere. Hope that helps.
a word of advice. SWITCH TO LINUX. so much easier. also are you using 32bit or 64 bit windows? make sure youre also using internet explorer Other browsers do not show the 64-bit Jave Runtime Environment installer.

I have located all paths for Java & Webos Quick install but using the cmd promptcompletelyy stumps me even after reading it x5, when using cmd paths did not show up, (I managed to follow by properties etc)
Is there any way I can just acquire said Novacom exe. file?

here. right click on this in windows after you have downloaded it and choose to open with whatever java runtime you have. it will automatically detect your OS and popup a download button so you can automatically install just the novacom.

Don't think that should make a difference as I have installed it on my 32 bit and my daughters 64 bit laptops. As you have already said make sure UAC is disabled and right click on the Java app to install as administrator.

When u run the universal installer , on the window where it asks to "download" "select file" or "cancel" , choose select file and browse to the webos doctor u have.
Select the webos doctor file, the drivers will be installed from it.
Then just find the palm inc. folder. Should be in program files.
Oh and if ur computer is set to hide file extensions it wont say EXE after it.

Thanks tried to select file just now, my doctor file is in windows syswow64 location when I browse I locate said location but canot find javaws file, it list main files but unlike when I search for (right click webosdoctor short cut, file location etc) I see same as above, but after that (goes back to a,) and a long list of subfolders including javaws file are shown.
Also I have searched to get laptop to show file extensions Windows 7 64bit, only found hidden file option, this did not reveal exe files.

Unzip and Move MSMGTK12 to C:\
Use Windows Media Creation Tool to make an ISO.
Right Click the Windows ISO and select "Mount"
Open Windows ISO, go into Sources, Copy install.esd
Paste install.esd in C:\MSMGTK12\IMG
Press the Windows Key.
Type CMD and Right Click On Command Prompt.
Select "Run as Administrator"
Type: CD C:\MSMGTK12\IMG ---and press enter.
Now paste: dism /Get-WimInfo /WimFile:install.esd
Find the Index Number for the Version of Windows you want to install.
Add the number to the end of the command below and paste the full cmd to terminal:
dism /export-image /SourceImageFile:install.esd /SourceIndex:6 /DestinationImageFile:install.wim /Compress:max /CheckIntegrity
This will create the file install.wim
Open the Windows ISO again. Copy all Files.

My modded version of Windows 10, Lazily titled "JROM-Win10" has been uploaded to the cloud, and added to the thread. The ISO is 4.24 GB in size.
I am modifying Windows 11 now, running JROM on my Host PC as well as a Virtual Machine, and will do a video once I get my modded Windows 11 posting in VBOX and properly write out what all was removed and left in~!
This includes my toolset to root anything android, called "Phonetoolz" Which is a series of batch files to easily root most anything android that you have the bootloader unlocked on, but that will be explained later...
JROM - Win 11 Iso link has been added to the thread. It is 4gb in file size. I am working on my "Rooted" version of the Win 11 iso, which will have WSA and more included on the ISO. When that is completed I will put all these iso's on their own thread and place that link here. Lol.
These ISO's were made for Virtual Machines, but will work with Rufus USB method too

This is a little strange, haha. Rewording, that which I already wrote.
I like your style.
I do see you guys' interest in how the phonetoolz work, my only limitation right now, is the fact that, A. The fastboot drivers continue to break in windows 10.
I want to find out why, but the thought lingers, that these tools, adb, etc, have existed for years without ANY trouble on windows 7, as my toolkit comes from batch files that I made 6 years ago....
I tried to simply install windows 7 on my machine and it was rejected due to "nvme drivers missing" and I was like, what the heck is that>? found out modern systems with ssd only cannot natively run the iso.
Learned about DISM and DISKPART. Figured DISM to edit and inject the tools into the iso could potentially rectify this, but I am failing due to our friend "TIM" TrustedInstall manager....
I realize that everything would work as is right now, but I want to complicate it in a way that teaches myself, and others, bc there's like an infinite way you can do things in computing today, with all the Languages our Puters know...
I got off track, but my other limitation is my USB on my RAZER PHONE 2 went bunk :< I do not have another android phone to show these on yet. Maybe I can find a cheap burner to teach on~!
Long story short, lemme correct these complications and we absolutely will go over these batch files~!
I am trying to build a tiny windows 7 virtual machine with the drivers preinstalled correctly so you could in theory run a script and boom we have root... and windows 7 A for compatibility of ADB and FASTBOOT but B for the filesize of the entire system... you can get that crap down to 1.2 gb zipped...
AN ENTIRE OPERATING SYSTEM, PREINSTALLED, ZIPPED FOR 1.2 GB....

Just a heads up to users still learning, who rely on scripts and tools to learn the process of building your own environment/lab/station. We all start somewhere not knowing what to do next, or which direction to go. especially when it comes to the line between experimenting in isolation and using unknown tools that then are allowed to coexist with your production ready, day to day, IRL devices/servers/network. There is a reason the term edge is used when discussing the line between private and public networks.
Malicious/suspicious code should be treated like like what it is: a novel virus. Untrustworthy, suspect, potentially deadly, and not something you're going to expose your loved ones too if for little else than to save you time, money, effort, and stress when you inevitably have to go into triage mode. Based on that, Something is trying to use logic(boolion) code where it's not allowed. Whatever flipit grid is (maybe tiles for start menu?). Windows is throwing the error because it was blocked from doing it's thing and whatever it is wasn't programed to recover from the halt in code at that point. Seeing as how windows covers those types of expectations, I stand by my earlier post and say anyone downloading this person's files should know what they are doing. It threw many flags on virus total. Regardless of their intentions OP should not be trusted. Guess I'll hit the report button since they obviously won't pull the content themselves.

Hello, I am a windows user and wish to create a multiboot usb which I can use to opt multiple OS to install but I am facing some problem, I used all types of software for making bootable usb like WINUSB, VENTOY and MULTIUSB but when I start the process after adding iso of windows 10 and windows 7, A blue screen of death appears and it says that a system service known as CLASSPNP.SYS has excepted and your pc needs to restart. I face this problem everytime while creating a bootable usb, I even tried this on another pc but this problem is still there, any help regarding this problem will be greatly appreciated.
After multiple failed attempts, I finally called Microsoft and asked. These are the instructions they emailed me:
1. Insert a USB at least 4GB in size
2. Open CMD prompt as Admin
3. Run diskpart
4. Run list disk
5. Select your flash drive by running "select disk"
6. Run clean by typing "clean"
7. Create a partition by typing "create partition primary"
8. Select the new partition by typing "select partition 1"
9. Format the partition by typing "format fs=ntfs quick"
10. Set the current partition as Active by typing "Active"
11. Exit diskpart
12. Mount your ISO. Use Virtual CloneDrive or something similar.
13. Navigate to the mounted image and install a bootsector. Ex. If the mounted ISO is on drive G: you'd navigate to G:\ boot and run:
C:\WindowsSystems32> G:
G:\> cd boot
G:\boot> bootsect.exe /nt60 E: (where E:\ in this case is my flash drive's letter)
14. Copy the entire contents of the ISO to your flash drive by typing " G:\> xcopy g:\*.* e:\ /E /H /F"
Once that's done, your USB is finished.

Is the SATA setting in the BIOS for the boot machine set to AHCI (which it should be) or something else? I haven't seen it set for something else in a while (multi maybe) but you could check that?

Was just an idea of things I have seen. Have you tried different USBs of different sizes? And messed around with choosing ntfs/exfat/fat32? Pretty sure with windows installs now NTFS is preferred but could still try juggling around. Also, is it only with the Windows 10 isos on the multiboot USB? I know that the newer ISOs have had issues with being bootable and maybe they are the problem. Did you try with just a windows 7 ISO and maybe a ubuntu image as well just to see if those work. I personally use ventoy so trying things out like this is a breeze. I know I have had windows 10 isos that didn't work but they never crashed ventoy entirely so it seems something else is going on.
Yes bro You are right, It works if you first make the ventoy iso bootbable using rufus and then we should turn off the secure boot option in BIOS then we should boot into usb, then we should follow the steps of the ventoy live cd. After that the ventoy bootbable drive would be ready. Now I booted into windows and observed that there is no more space left on usb, then i used minitool partition software or any other software (minitool is recommended) and formatted the remaining exfat partition into NTFS or Fat32. After that the partition became visible and I copied both Iso files in that partition, in the end you can turn on secure boot . This should definitely work. You can install the ventoy iso from their github page.

I am not sure why you are telling me how to use something I am already using for years without issue? I was just throwing some ideas at you to try. I know I never had to deal with using a separate partition tool to get the USB ready for ventoy at all. That was all part of the Ventoy2Disk.exe and I didn't mess with the livecd at all. Maybe whatever is causing you to be unable to use Ventoy2Disk.exe is also causing issues with the media creation.
Actually I was just telling how I solved the problem. Ventoy2Disk.exe is not working in my pc as when I start the process to make bootable usb , I get a BSOD and CLASSPNP.SYS exception error. Then I found the alternative of Ventoy2Disk.exe which is Livecd.iso

Have you asked in the ventoy forums about this? I read this as a problem attempting to boot after creation, but this is a problem in actually creating the boot USB?

You'd probably want to keep it on fat32 for older computers and OSes, or ntfs for newer ones. Can't mix and match on the same stick. Then you'd need grub or some usb bootloader menu to input the other OS values.

Thankyou everyone for your help, now i have found the exact solution. Actually my antivirus program was interfering with the whole process. I tried the process in safe mode and it worked like a charm. Now i have removed the antivirus and make multiboot usb without any interruptions!!

It's a problem you get notified of by the GRUB bootloader: you have deleted Linux partitions before removing GRUB bootloader.
My recommendation: Remove the GRUB bootloader, will say go back to Windows bootloader.

Run Startup Repair from a recovery disc. If you do not have a recovery disc, you can use installation media.
By means of RUFUS create a bootable USB-stick containing the Windows version / edition you want to have installed and boot from USB-stick created to install it.
Since you have Ventoy, you could try booting from the Hiren live CD and try to download a fresh copy of Win11 over wayback (if your pc has nothing of important in it), even tho firsthand it could be better to get another spare usb stick and flash Ventoy on it all over again and then paste the win11 iso file over the brand new usb stick.
In case there's personal data you'd like to save over the C:/ drive, using any linux live usb iso could be of help on mounting the partition and save whatever you could find on another removable media.

If that won't go (also, disregarding the whole update cycle...i'm sure 2012 wasn't even the date of release for win10, let alone a forked version), then a linux live usb iso should directly be of help.
Updates, EOLs versions, and whatever stay out of the question since here it's about restoring a pc to it's former state.
Since it's all a matter to use the ruined machine's specs as a host for running a live iso and grab a win11 iso off the internet and drag it on another usb flash drive (with Ventoy installed aswell):
then what matters is that the machine gets saved and that win11 gets restored back.
IMO it never does make sense to make use of a Windows Recovery Environment ( WinRE ) - what Hiren's PE by nature is - to repair a corrupted Windows OS, because user most times doesn't know 1. what the error code reported by Windows means - as that's the case here, and 2. what 3rd-party app of those dozens that came bundled with Hiren's PE ( see here: https://www.hirensbootcd.org/hbcd-v120/ ) lastly to use to fix the given problem : Re-installing Windows OS from the scratch is the only time-saving method I know of to immediately have a properly running Windows machine. And this is correctly done by a Windows Preinstallation Environment ( WinPE ) what supports these features
Batch files and scripts, including support for Windows Script Host (WSH), and ActiveX Data Objects (ADO), and optional support for PowerShell.
Applications, including Win32 application programming interfaces (APIs) and optional support for HTML Applications (HTA).

Better going straight to the point and reinstall win11 fresh (like i mentioned before) since the message given by OP's machine just went:
"Your PC could not start properly"
Since OP did mention it has a "Windows 11 Installation media" inside their Ventoy stick, they could try to solve it that way by doing the whole booting process again.
If the Installation Media won't go, then it's better taking a win11 .iso on the go (of course, again, using a spare usb. Would spare making this message longer).

so i have windows 11 on the drive that came with it. but i wanted Linux on there as well so i put POP OS on my secondary drive but i didn't put the home partition. so whenever i try to boot into windows it boots into the next device on the list. i reformatted the SSD and Linux is gone and it doesn't show up in bios anymore but I still cant get into windows. is there any way to fix this without losing any of the accounts on my laptop and any apps and files either? if not ill just reinstall windows. also the files are still there becuase i can use ventoy to search and boot into windows
Use your installation media to boot into rescue mode. From there you should be able to repair your boot path. Use Google to find more information on this.
So you need First Space for Windows 11 UEFI and Space for Linux and SWAP Partition!!! Make Space for Windows/Multiboot/Linux/Swap!!
so it means create with diskmgr or diskpart a Primary Partition "Multiboot" with 25-*GB Space on it!!!
than Extract AIO_BOOT.zip to Partition "Multiboot" so you have the Files at root.
than start "Multiboot" AIOCreator.exe and choose "Bootloaders" and klick GRUB2 and Install it!!
After That goto "Integration" and choose "Rubrik" than the "Version" and than select the ISO File!!!
Klick OK and wait if the Process Finished!!!
Congratulations you added your First Option
Now redo the Steps to add so many ISOs like Linux/Windows/Android/RescueLiveCDs/BackUp,etc..... to add this at Multiboot Options at Start!!!
So close the AIOCreator.exe and start your PC new into BIOS and select the First Boot Device to the Multiboot Partition!!

Yes iam do this is a alternative but its not the same as the installed Linux distro, and the Virtual maschine processes take ca 2gb on memory without using it in Windows so says my TaskManager List, Sortet to Biggest Memory use!!! and ya can use Android via WSL2 but its too not the same as the Live/Installed Android Version!!! Windows has made a good working CrossPlatform with it!!!but WSL2 Linux is only NonGUI and Text based but i like the GUI in specially i use Kali-Linux wile it is Debian Based!!!The Android Apps ya can use with WSL2 Android are good shared at WindowsMenu and works Fine!!!In the End I Like the GUI with LiveCD/Installed Version than its what it is a non Windows OS based SystemSoftware that must be stand alone, so iam think!!!
