You have changed vendor, or modified vendor(not stock), OpenKirin vendor will never ever work,, so get Pure stock vendor of your device... it will work for sure... if still not, change you data filesystem...
2.) What to do if my SIMs are not working ??
Go to Extras, disable dual sim, reboot phone,, now read carefully,,
1. Install hex editor app from playstore
2. Make sure you have file explorer with root privileges
3. Open hex editor and find modem,id file on this location root/sys/firmware/devicetree/base/hisi,modem_id and open it.
4. Write down all numbers in first row
5. Then go to root/system/vendor and find phone.prop and open it with text editor.
6. Find your modem id by using search and type 0x3xxxxxx where X is your number from hex reader
7. Then make it look like this:

Now what you suggests us to do ?? Keep working on Oreo or work on Nougat for more better experience ??

The code is based off directly from AOSP. We strive to keep the Pixel Dust Experience as close as possible to Android as Google intended. We add a decent selection of the coolest custom ROM features that would've been missed if they hadn't been included. Thanks to all development teams, e.g. ABC ROM, AICP, AOKP, AOSPA, BenzoROM, CarbonROM, crDroid, DirtyUnicorns, LOS, OmniROM and PureNexus, we borrowed a few features and tweaks from. Pre-requisites:

Thanks! It is 3.2.3-0. Updated the OP. About second point - isn't it possible to fastboot boot twrp in shamu?
Either you install it permanently or boot temporarily via fastboot so that point is correct.

Though still debating whether to move or not since 5T is my daily driver.
Used NikGapps Full package and doesn't pass the Setup Screen after connecting to the WiFi(at the start of the setup screen)
The desktop will resume when it restart it.
Macro, Stock, Omni and Full(as Cpt. Strawberry Crepe said) NikGAPPS (26 SEP version) won't let you setup. After you connect to Wi-Fi you get white screen. Also, I don't know why but recovery changes to stock android recovery every time I install the ROM. I'm using TWRP3.4 because I'm not decrypted and your recovery shows some weird characters in recovery file manager. I'm not going to try anything else for now. If you find a fix please let me know.
Update: I got it working with basic NikGAPPS 26 SEP.

I can't stress enough the "remove pin protection".
I didn't do it and now my twrp got replaced by some lineage os kind of recovery that doesn't have access to the encrypted storage. Os runs smooth. Some problems with rotation and designs.
Unable to resist diving into it with the coming out of 1008 version.
Clean flashed 1008 version along with Nik Gapps core 1008 version and recent Magisk canary. Every step was flawless and smooth as always from flashing to initial setup.
I've restored my previous apps with the help of Titanium Backup. Unfortunately, Migrate didn't work properly, with errors.
Although many useful features that I so loved are still missing - there are only three taps in crDroid Settings, it seems rock solid and smooth for everyday use if one can withstand them. For me, the most wanted is fingerprint which I have been heavily relied on.
In short, it is stable and good enough to be used as a daily driver even though the modest developer said it is not for daily use in the first place. I cannot thank you enough for all his time and hard works to make it.
The followings are a few bugs that I came across.
* Music app not working.
* With the center clock, there is a gap between left edge and the first icon as if there still present a left clock.
* Power menu options under 'System Gestures' do not work. Only to find it returned to the default when I revisited after changing options. As a result, no way to advanced restart.

Many thanks for the super fast updates with many more customization options. I especially love options for battery styles.
It's great to see fingerprint is back though some of the apps still do not correctly recognize it. I guess they will work some time in the future when they fully support Android 11. Seeing swipe fingerprint for notifications option is also nice.
Phantom spaces in the statusbar has gone and I have switched to center clock. Thank you for the fix.
I also noticed there was 'link ring & notification volumes' option in the Sound setting which I personally think very useful.

Thank you for developing such a great Android ROM. I've tried the few Android 11 ROMS for the OnePlus 5T, and this is the only one so far that has been stable on my device. I look forward to future updates.

A huge thank you for the updates! Dirty flashed over previous version with NikGapps 20201010 core version. Flawless as usual.
It's great to see more and more customizations are being imported. Lock screen options are really helpful. Nice to see Music app works, in the meantime I had to rely on other app. Advanced restart works fine, no longer need to resort to magisk. Renewed Clock is also good.

I had a clean install of the 19th oct build last night on Dumpling. When I click on Battery on Settings page.. it will close abruptly and brings me back to home screen. Then if I open Settings and click on Battery again, it says Settings keeps stopping.

Any way to get MiCam in this rom ?
OTA Update ?
Very goid work. No problems so far!
UI optimization (I don't know if the translation is correct, I have Italian language) crashes when I try to change the status bar layout or change something inside that menu, other than that this rom is really good!
can't move obb files from sd card to internal memory (android)

Followed all the flashing guide (with and without flashing dfe), after booting to system, setup wizard shows up and suddenly the phone rebooting to TWRP. Format Data didn't help, setup wizard only last for few seconds and then it's rebooting back to TWRP. Tried with Orange Fox, still the same results.

I don't know, i used LineageOS before flashing this a12, everything went without problems... Have you installed latest version of TWRP?

Why are there no fingerprints available?
If you can't use it, you should write it.
Power saving mode bricks the phone and just bootloops, hard reset is the only fix for it. I'm using Mint kernel latest stable version unrooted btw, but it's still usable, battery life is better than stock anyways so I'll just avoid battery saving mode
Formatted through TWRP and then flashed the backed up data, when phone starts it immediatly shows the Powering off thing and then reboots and gets stuck at the "SAMSUNG Galaxy A50 Secured by Knox.." screen so it looks like Power Saving mode just turns off the phone and does that in a loop until it's turned off, I'll try charging it to 90% if it fixes
