This looks like a decent smart watch but the os is 7.1, which is a security risk. Is there a lineage os ROM for MT6739 chipset?

I just bought CECT Note 3 N9006 clone from eBay Australia. It's a Samsung clone. The spec which is impressive, is copied and pasted below for your reference.
When it arrived, it looks every bit like a Samsung Note 3. The display is very clear, and that is probably the only good feature about this phone.
I found the memory stated as 16G Rom and 1G RAM, far from the truth. I have about 2.6G and less than 200M of useable RAM. Although the memory displayed in the Phone Setting stated maximum RAM of 2G and 16G for ROM, when I downloaded Android Assistance, it shows far less memory.
Applications (any one) would run for a while and drop out for no reason. The GPS does not work. I have no missed calls when the phone is in my pocket because the phone automatically answers all the calls. Call can be received, if the phone is not in my pocket. The camera is difficult to focus and lighting is poor, despite my best effort.
There supplied me with new Flash ROM, stating it will fix everything. After many attempts, with incorrect USB drivers, I decided to return the phone.
So beware.

I have a friend who owns a DG800. He seems pretty happy with it, so I was considering getting a Doogee for myself. My choice would be this one if the price is right, how much should one pay for a phone like this once it comes out? Does anyone have experience with this brand?

Doogee’s new high-end phone will come in during the first half of 2015, an will boast some really nice specifications MT6753 64bit, a Full HD 5 inch 2.5D display, 1GB, 2GB or even up to 4GB of RAM, there is even the possibility of a 3150mAh battery, and of course is a 4G phone. Internally, the phone will have at least 16GB of ROM.
But what catches most the eye about this phone is the design, with a really stylist metal frame and Gorilla glass in the back and front in the standard version and wood or bamboo as an option for the back.

I would like to have the OS upgraded to as late a version as possible. STK can't help since the device was discontinued and is no longer supported.
