Question How to bypass Vivo login when changing launcher - iQOO 7 Legend

I recently bought this phone however quite a few settings ask for safety verification, and to login to Vivo account, is there a way of disabling this permanently?
I don't mind creating a Vivo account and logging in once but I would rather have complete control of my phone without the account
Thanks in advance

[Q] Exchange Security Policy updated... not propogated

Hi All,
So I added my Exchange account provided by 1&1 to my phone, of course it enforced the security policies on the phone as expected.
I called my provider and asked them to de-activate the pin-code requirement for my user, which they did. However the update did not automaticly propogate to my device, its still forcing a pin code.
If I remove Exchange Security Policies from the Device Administrators, how do I get it back or is the only way to remove the entire account and re-add from scratch?
(I'm worried about loosing data)
If this really is the only option, what does it do with linked contacts from FB, Google and Skype? Please tell me it won't remove all those contacts too?
Does anyone have another option for updating exchange security options without removing anything?
(PS did confirm that the provider updated the setting correctly using my old HD2 test phone running Android 2.3 - that phone isn't forced to use pin code any more.)
Thanks for assistance!

Deleting and registering exchange will not delete any other contacts, and it will automatically relink all the contacts after you set up your exchange account. Why do you worry about losing exchange data? They will all be resynced.
Also, if that doesn't work, search for "exchange" in the app forum. There is a patched apk that will bypass the forced security regardless of the admin permission.

Revoke device on google

can anyone help me ... i accidentally revoke two of my device on my google account and now i cannot use any google account on my tow table..tried contacting google regarding this matter but they don't reply...

I'm not sure I understand. I have heard of revoking app's access to your Google account, but your device? If nothing else, just reset your Google account password and then log back in with new password on your device.

Phone number on Miui account issues

Hello!
I'm a noob when it comes to the ins and outs of Miui as this is my first Xiaomi device, I've come from HTC and LG before
So, when I first got the phone I setup the Miui account, not putting my phone number in, got the phone all setup and started using it as normal. Now when I come to unlock the Bootloader I find the account needs a phone number associated with it and it's here I hit a brick wall.
When I try to edit my account to add a phone number I'm supposed to get a verification code to my registered email address which is a googlemail account. I've tried multiple times and I'm not getting this code, I've emailed Tech Support and they're slightly misunderstanding what I'm trying to achieve and not getting the fact there's no code for me to enter to edit the account and it's not in my junk/spam folder.
I've also tried the manual verification technique but that always comes back (as an SMS annoyingly!) that there's no associated device with the account.
I've just tried to setup another account using my work Exchange email address and no code but I'm pretty sure that'll be the work spam filter.
Has anyone else come across this and got any tips?
Thanks in advance for any help!
I'd try setting up a new gmail account and then set up a new Miui account using the new gmail account with the fone number this time.

Thanks. That's my next plan of action just so I can unlock the bootloader then go back to the original account.
I've had 2 more email dialogues with Xiaomi support and they just don't get it. :silly:

Help with locked P20 lite

My nephew took delivery of a brand new phone, set a lock and then forgot it BEFORE he linked the phone to a Google account.
Is there any way to bypass this lock? I've done a full factory wipe/reset but I still get prompted for the code. The alternative is to login to the associated Google account bit of course there isn't one!
