CLEAN FLASH/First Time Installation :
Download the latest build ( Gapps builds are available)
Flash Steps:
• Take IMEI Backup(don't complain if you don't take backup and lose imei)(also store backup on pc or somewhere safe)
• Flash your Device Respective FW From here
• Reboot To Recovery
• wipe Dalvik/Art, Cache, Format Data --> yes
• Flash rom in recovery
DIRTY FLASH :

Reboot to recovery
Flash the latest build
Wipe Cache
Reboot
If you're coming from Stock OxygenOS - check here
Note: GApps only has to be flashed once (if you are using vanilla build) whereas Magisk/Su is to be flashed every time you Dirty Flash the OTA Update.

alright, I used this for some time now and I can tell the problems I have been facing,
1-Try selecting a file in an app (for example, an app wants to open a document so it tells you to select the file and choose it) and it just crashes.
2-It's not really a bug, but you can notice when opening the notifications then expanding to access a button (like location) it feels pretty choppy for no reason.
The first one really bothers me, since I am unable to select the boot.img to patch it in magisk.
