How to remove these annoying Notifications in the Settings ? I did things what it asked for like adding another Account ; customising all settings ; still these notifications are not disappearing .

For instance, while at home or at work, i find it annoying to have to draw my pattern. I know there was an app that checked the wifi and disable if some criteria were met, but its non existent now.
And most if not all toggles doesnt work properly
