Omg

Flash what was working...

i was able to boot it up again. but no network and fingerprint scanner. only wifi is working.

Try first going back to V7, then gradually upgrade following this:
Oneplus Nord 2 Oxygen 11.3 DN2103 EEA ROM
Flash at your own risk. I am not responsible for any damage or data loss to the device during this process! Downloads: The Fastboot restoration file can be downloaded in here: DN2103_11_A.07 DN2103_11_A.10 *deleted DN2103_11_A.11 *deleted...

Sounds like you went from V7 straight to V10 without the intermediate upgrade. Make sure you wipe everything

Thanks for the heads up, have one question though. Would you know if this firmware will prevent the phone from downgrading and/or prevent us from flashing weekly builds?
No downgrade locking for mi 5

MiFlash / fastboot version added in OP.
I'll always suggest fastboot version over recovery ROM.
Recovery ROM folks flash it on twrp and then all sort of issues start popping up.
First time flash always use fastboot rom.
I installed via TWRP,something did pop up but one restart solved it.
It seems QC 3.0 doesn't work as usual.

I need some advice/help with my MI 10 (ORANGE VARIANT)

Hello friends, i'm sorry to bother you, but i ended up buying a used phone lately (MI 10) and didn't pay attention to the miui version (it says global QJBEUOR) and i figured out its the ORANGE variant, the miui version is 11.0.6 and it says i'm on the latest, this part i totally understand... my question is... is it safe to flash GLOBAL (RJBMIXM 12.2.1) and lock bootloader after that... or is it going to brick my phone like what happens when you make the switch from the chinese version to global and vice versa. If not, should I use the classical way: unlock bootloader and use miflash to flash the global rom mentioned before, or just use xiaomi tool v2?

Title explains it, flashed from CN rom some months ago, this is the first OTA update I've seen.. is this safe to update since I unlocked bootloader to move from CN?
Thanks in advance.

Of course it is safe. It's official OTA update and it is the full package! However, a backup is advised before updating.
Note that, after the A17 next update that follows is the android 12 realme ui 3.0!!
Thanks @giokou much appreciated.
Just a couple quick follow up Q's if you don't mind?
If I go and do a manual install of the Android12 package, is there some way to relock the bootloader and regain Google Pay usability?
Tia.

Question Stuck on bootup animation

Recently bought a oneplus nord 2.
After difficulties rooting for hours, I found out that I needed to rollback to OS 11. Which I did.
After that I followed
and rooted my phone. After several hours it was successful.
Last thing I did was update Magisk on the phone to the latest version. Then I downloaded this https://github.com/kdrag0n/safetynet-fix/ and wanted to install it via Magisk.
After that my phone got stuck in reboot animation like so:

}
Now I have no idea what to do.
I'm desperate for help atm as I just got this device today. I will tip / donate to whomever helps me fix this problem and gets my phone rooted and working again. I've tried searching the forums and google but no luck.
Thank you in advance.
I managed to fix this at the end! You may close this now. Thank you

Question where do get the nord n20 boot.img

I have made a big mistake when trying to root my device using the wrong boot.img. Now I am stuck in a position where it boots into fastboot mode I think I need the boot.img to flash and fix the issues but the file doesn't exist anywhere online and I am very close to just buying a new phone as I can't really do anything. It boots to fastboot so I can't access anything but the fastboot mode. I did unlock the oem and I have tried flashing it with an oneplus nord img to no avail if I can't find a solution here I am going to just buy a new phone
