It is odd that your first post here on this Site. Is asking for free ear buds.
The code is tied to your Google store account and invoice.
If it wasn't, the whole world would have free buds. Crap travels quickly.
Here in the UK, pre-orders qualified for some Bose 700 over-ear headphones. With a reported retail price of £350 UKP. The claim procedure is slightly convoluted in that you have to claim 14 days after ordering, but less than 45 days. That may put some people off claiming? You had to order the Pixel 6/6 Pro between 19th and 27th October to qualify.
Nevertheless just received an email from google offering a free ear buds, thank you!

We have a ton of HH Gregs here in TN, and I have never had a problem with them. I worked at Best Buy for quite awhile, so I didn't do a lot of shopping there, but my family has done quite a bit and never said anything bad.
And mine from Best Buy arrives today.

I looked into them as well and noticed they have a 20% restocking fee:
If the item is returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date but any of the above conditions are not met, a minimum restocking charge of 20% of the purchase price will be deducted prior to the refund unless prohibited by law. Given the potential risk of getting a defective unit, I wonder if it's worth buying from them.

dude they used that advertisement for a short period as an unique selling proposition, and im seriusly that was for me a good deal to purchase the xps with the headsetpro and without that i wouldnt have purchased.
i have this damn device sinds the release with preorder, and i talked with them by phone previous week and they said to me that it will take 3 a 4 weeks cuz they had alot of order before me ? (come on i preorderd it 1 week before release)
and now i received a letter that it will take 10 weeks, dude that is something i wont accept i mean i preordered and the device has a extreme delay for ics plus this issue with the so called supply problem...

If you purchased it, and received it (receive date is what matters) any time from November 27th up until today, you will be fine. Just go to the Google website and contact them through chat. They will adjust the price for you.
Scroll to the very bottom and click on CONTACT US. You will have to login to your Google account if you are not already logged in: https://support.google.com/store/answer/2411741

Ah, yeah, I placed the order for mine on 11/6 (and that particular order shipped before my original pre-order even processed...) so I doubt they'll honor the request, but I'll ask anyways. I feel like my order was just long ago enough that they won't do the price adjustment, but the $50 off promotion is just close enough to my order date for it to sting.
Just a heads up, if you bought your phone from Project Fi, the promo is apparently not eligible. I bought mine from Project Fi on Sunday and just saw this promo so I called to get the credit and had to jump through quite a few loops in order to get credit.
Wish they would credit me the $18.99 I paid yesterday for overnight shipping since it's free now...
This did not work for me. They told me only orders made from 12/1 to 12/15 are eligible for price adjustments. They did say I can just return my phone and order a new one. Placed an order for a new one. Should arrive tomorrow or the next. Guess it's time to make a nandroid backup.

Project Fi and they refunded shipping and $50
I ordered and received mine mid November assuming the price wouldn't drop so quickly, given Google discounted only the 5X early on. And now I see this...get facked Google. This is exactly why Google and Android as a whole will never come close to Apple when it comes to brand cachet. I can barely understand them discounting the 5X so quickly, but given the 6P isn't even 3 months old yet, and is their flagship phone, it's unbelievable they're already offering such a discount on them.
Say what you want about Apple's ecosystem, at least their devices don't go straight into the bargain bin in a matter of 3-6 months. The amount the Nexus 6 tanked on Black Friday on Amazon was just ridiculous, relative to what it originally costed just a year ago.

Yes same here, there are multiple posts on Reddit confirming the Dec 1 date from Google Customer Service reps (perhaps 15 day price match policy). I ordered a 6P on 11/27 as a Christmas gift for someone. I submitted a return for it today and ordered another one to get the -$50 discount. I know this is cheap, but it hasn't even been opened since it's a Xmas gift. Thankfully Google covers shipping.
I just ordered one today. Will be coming from an LG G4. Was originally going to get the 5x but didn't like the specs of it too much and the 6p was a bit too expensive. Can't wait

interesting i never got a stock issue on the pro i claimed on the 2nd/3rd
some people who claimed on 1st already got theirs sent out
how much was the voucher for at least the 45s are known to be good even if they slightly below the 700s (less noise cancelling mics etc)

honestly probably the better deal since the 700 are 2 years old now and have dropped in price anyhow that and since everyone is getting them sent out probably resale value drops even more (if you do that)
bose 700 are down to £260 on amazon atm and both same price on ebay (even lower)
I just got an email from DHL saying there's a parcel coming today, I've not ordered anything so I'm assuming it's the headphones. The email doesn't give any indication of what it is or who it's from.
Several people on HUKD have received their Bose 700 in the past 48hrs

On a side note, I did the trade in because selling on Ebay is nothing but hassle now days. You have to pay Ebay, PayPal, taxes, etc. With little profit. And hope that there is no shipping mishaps.

That's too long. I got my $366 about 3 or 4 days after they received it, maybe 5 max. Time to give them a chat request have them find it and process it.

From hours I've spent on the phone with them I've gathered that the shipping department is in control of many aspects of product fulfillment and the person you talk to can only make requests or tickets to them and they deal with it as they see fit.

When I ordered the pixel 2 XL they sent me two of them by accident. One of them had cracked glass. Both sealed in retail boxes.
I have a friend who ordered a phone from them and all he got was a sealed retail box with no phone in it. Of course they didn't believe him so he got stuck with the bill.
Contact Google and explain the situation. It could just be the timing being off or it could be a bug on your order. In any case it's best to start a history now with the support team just in case things go sour.

Shipping is slightly different than the returns. New devices are usually sent from Carol, Il I believe but returns go to Tennessee. I just checked @vandyman and I sent mine back on November 6th from the PO, they received it on Nov 10th and I got the credit on my account on the 11th. I got a quote from Google for $159 on my Pixel 4xl, but decided to sell it on eBay. The last time I did a trade in with Google, they undercut my estimate by $75 and the phone was in mint condition.
I sold the pixel 4xl for a hundred more than what Google quoted me for, but after eBay fees I only cleared with $50.
So bottom line is you're going to take it up the @$s either way, it's just a way who gentler
I am still on a chat with Google support.

I was on Google store chat for about 30 minutes while the girl went back and forth with the next tier.
Finally at the end of the chat. They said it would be escalated and they would send me an email.
