I received my OnePlus Nord N10 5G yesterday. Upon bootup, I tested the speed through speedtest.net. I was amazed! 795 Mbps download, 700 Mbps upload on T-Mobile!
I noticed the software was on Oxygen OS 10, but an update was available. I thought what the heck and updated it to Oxygen OS 11. After that, my 5G connection speed is only averaging 50-70 Mbps.
What gives? Has anyone else had a similar issue?

I have a OnePlus 3t (A3003) on Android 7.1.1, OxygenOS 4.1.6, ROOTED with Magisk.
My problem is this :
In my city, there is LTE-A and I've never been able to enjoy it with my old phone a Huawei P9 Lite,
I recently changed my phone to a OnePlus 3t who can use LTE-A.
BUT, in the same place :
LTE : 30Mbps DOWN and 10Mbps UPLTE-A : 0.3Mbps DOWN and 0.01Mbps UPAnd this is approximately same everywhere in the city, and with an other phone who have LTE-A.
So if someone know how to have a better bandwidth or to disable LTE-A.

I personally came from the Pixel 5 on AT&t and it definitely gets better cellular reception than my Pixel 6. I live out in the country and would get 5G and LTE with my Pixel 5 and now with the pixel 6 I only get 4G non LTE which is HSPA.
Same here, came from 4XL, reception on 6 is much worse

On t-mobile in a very urban area, had a redmagic phone before P6 and cell signal was excellent. With the P6 had several signal drops in the few days since I got it in the same area.
Hello, so my Oneplus 8 5G show me the 5G icon even when it's just on LTE but the LTE tower also support 5G nsa. I find that pretty annoying that the device is lying about the connectivity.
Anyway to do so? I don't mind solutions that need root. Thanks
Got sent this phone from the US so its snapdragon one. The 4G speed is so terrible rarely exceeds 10mbps and the connection is not stable it loses connection every few seconds. my old phone used to get about 60mbps and a more stable conection (i live in a not so well developed country, this is the standard speed) also on my s22+ on the mobile data it always says "LTE" meanwhile my old poco f2 pro used to have "4G+" 90% of the time. Are all snapdragon samsung phones like this outside the US? And if theres anyway to fix please recommend.

See what channels European countries use and choose the operator of the country you are in and then compare that with the supported channels on your SM-S906U1.
it is supported yes. im not from europe im from ethiopia, but i checked my friends phone band and it says band 3 whilst on my phone it says band 7 while we are both on the same network
My 2 computers can connect Redmi Note 12 5G at 72mbps.
Is 72mbps the max speed?
