Question Phone stops scrolling in endless scrolling apps - Google Pixel 6

So I've noticed a really annoying thing. In apps that have endless scroll (reddit, Instagram, some websites) after a bit of scrolling, the phone just semi freezes. It does speed test n't react to scroll gestures (up or down) anymore for a sec or so.
Once you stop touching it for a second, or do anything but scroll (notifications, home screen, .) it works again. A little bit later it showbox does it again. It's really easy to replicate: go to the toilet and spend 5 mindlessly scrolling social media. It'll freeze every so often.
Is this a well known issue?

[Q][Flyer] Do you notice a home screen lag on your HC?

I'm running the leaked HC (globatron). In general, Honeycomb seems fine insofar as transitions between screens and running programs. However, one area where I notice some substantial lag is in returning to the home screen within an application. For example, I would be browsing the internet, and I hit home; the screen goes to black, with the loading animation.
The time it takes to load is perhaps 2 seconds, which does not sound like a lot of time, but it's quite substantial with what I had in GB.
Does anybody else remark this feature? Some people have recommended that in issues dealing with lag, you should go to the bootloader and do a wipe. However, that's a bit of a pain as I'd need to reinstall my apps

[Q] Very odd screen tearing/flickering

I've begun to have very odd screen tearing, I'll try to describe it the best I can, as I haven't been able to get a proper screenshot of it happening, and I hope someone can help me out
Almost all the time the bottom bar, where the nav buttons and notifications are, will "jump" up and down about 1-2 pixels. It didn't notice it much at first, but it's really starting to annoy me.
When I play music, play any kind of game, open the gallery, the left side of my screen (about 1-2 cm) will start flickering and tear the picture.
When in gallery and swiping from picture to picture, the flickering/tear will start, but when just looking at a picture (aka nothing moving on the screen), it will stop completely.
The left side flicker/tear covers all the way from the top to the bottom, including the nav "back" button. The home and recent apps aren't affected.
Most of the screen flicker/tear stops when I'm just on my homescreens, the only part still affected by it is the "back" nav button.
It never happens when i'm in the browser (i use ICS Browser+).
I've tried restarting the device many times, I've tried turning it off and letting it rest for 24 hours, turned it on and within 5min it started again.
I haven't tried factory reset yet, since I wanted to check if it was fixable without doing so.
I'm currently running "almost" stock .28 update, rooted (not unlocked), I edited the SystemUI.apk, the keyboard layout for the dock and the bootanimation.
I hope someone can help me out

PS: It isn't the old "recent apps" screen tear, it never affects recent apps.
You're experience what nearly everyone hear has experienced. Sometimes it'll fix itself, sometimes I have to reboot. So far, there's nothing you can do about it.

How are you guys getting rid of LAG without rooting and removing bloat?

I see alot of people reporting lag and no lag. Even after the update. How do you guys get nooo lag? Its killing me and very frustrating. I already turned off all animations in the developers options. I dont want to root either. I have so much lag especially when when browsing. When i scroll the screen cannot keep with my thumb on lots of pages. If i move the page left or right it gets all choppy then focuses in. Example...if i scroll down fast on an already loaded page and it keeps up....there will be a blank white screen thren the letters appear. Its like scrolling on old 3g. This doesnt happen all the time but alot of times. There is nothing wrong with my screen. Ive also disabled alot of the bs that comes with the phone in the app manager.

Camera app lags a lot

This is an unmodded phone, just to start off quickly. I take pretty good care of my phone. However, the camera app on this is super slow and frustrating.
When I activate the camera from sleep mode either by double tapping the volume key or use the lock screen camera icon, the app launches, but it takes anywhere from 10 - 15 seconds for the shutter button to be active and start taking photos. This is in all auto and manual modes.
I've missed a lot of moments that I couldn't capture, because I'm waiting for the app to do whatever it's doing and then start working. But even after the button is active, I press it and it stalls and then takes the photo. I've tried rebooting and even go through my phone for running apps that could possibly slow it down, but I just get general push notifications and emails. No heavy apps running in the background.
Any ideas how to get around, or resolve this issue?
Thank you.
Have the exact same issue. Rebooting helps a LITTLE but often still 5-10 seconds of lag, which can result in completely missing the shot. Searched around a bit, no one seems to have a solution for it that I can tell.
So annoying! I'm going to write to LG about it, because it's BS that they don't fix this software issue, and I shouldn't have to buy a new phone for a camera app.

Unusual touchscreen issues

Standard global firmware. Poco launcher, default icons, not unlocked or rooted.
When I use an app in landscape mode (and ONLY then) the device often doesn't react to touches anymore. Most frequent example: YouTube, I'm watching something and want to pause it, it suddenly doesn't react any more. Swiping down or left from the edges (show notification bar or nav buttons) still works though, so the screen didn't freeze completely, it's weirdly selective about certain areas. As soon as I switch to portait (gyro) it works without any issues. Lockscreen also works. Same thing happened to me in the game Plague Inc, some areas on the screen didn't react for minutes, but I was still able to quit the game via pause button in the corner - the menu of the game had no issues either. As I said, never happened in portrait in the settings, Chrome or on my homescreen/Poco-launcher.
It's a pretty bizarre issue and I don't think it's hardware related, far too selective for that. Any solutions? Or should I just wait for an official update?

Imo you are touching display with your Palm accidentally in landscape. Try pay attention to this. (Was happening to me too)

Darn, I payed attention to it and I indeed constantly touch the NOTCH. That thing is not a feature, it's a burden to be honest. I can't hold it comfortably and I can't see my notification without actively pulling the bar down. I wish I could just turn it off.
