I rooted and installed TWRP my Samsung Galaxy J8 2018 (J810F). Can i flash stock rom with odin? Can it brick the phone?

For those who need : Yes you can flash stock rom even if device has custom rom. (P.s i tried flashing stock rom after twrp and dot os)

My problem is on SM-T220 that was updated to OS 13 and have a SW binary S3.
I would downgrade to OS 12, but I didn't found a firmware for SW Binary 3, only Binary S1 or U1 are available.
When I tried to patch with Odin a firmware with S1 like this https://samfrew.com/download/Galaxy__Tab__A7__Lite__/fpqv/EUY/T220XXS1BVJ2/T220OXM1BVGB/, i receive an error like a photo in attach.
I don't understand that the downgrade to OS 12 is possible or not. Is possible? How?
