You are right ! This is strange :/ Google Play store patch is november. Maybe this a bug o mistake on OnePlus side due to launching of Nord 2 Pac-Man Edition

This phone was released on Jan 31 2016. I pre ordered on Amazon and received on Feb 2 and already boot loader unlocked, TWRP installed and Rooted the Next day.
