what does this mean??? I was trying to grab the boot.img with payload dumper and I get this?

I have the stock boot image as well as every image from the full OTA for the unlocked US variant. Oxygen OS 11.0.2.0 DE17AA dated September 2, 2021. Need me to post it?
EDIT: Link to the image is here.

Attached is the stock boot image pulled via payload dumper for the OnePlus Nord N200 5G. It is from the full OTA zip - Official Build 11.0.2.0.DE17AA dated September 2nd 2021. It seems quite a few folks are trying to get ahold of this...

My n200 model is DE2117, will it still work or no? Also I'm on a newer version of oxygen os.

The boot image I posted is for the DE17AA model. Unlocked US variant. If yours is the T-Mobile version it "might" work, but it has been pulled and tested on the Unlocked variant only.
If you flash it, do so under EXTREME caution that it has not been tested on that model.

Weird. Mine is also a us unlocked one (From best buy lol) and yet it is a diff n200 model
Edit: my oxygen build number is 11.0.4.0. DE17AA so I think it's prob just some weird thing with Nord n200s that were bought from best buy

Updates 11.0.3.0 and 11.0.4.0 are incremental updates. They are not FULL OTA files. So yes, the boot image from the 11.0.2.0 OTA WILL work on these. The boot image does not change until a new full OTA is released. This much I know because it worked on mine with 11.0.3.0
Edit: If you are successfully running 11.0.4.0 and just want stock recovery back then this will work for you. That software update is the most recent. That said, I will edit the wording of my post to reflect it to say BUILD DE17AA instead of MODEL. If you can update via the OnePlus website then it will work on the unlocked US purchased models.
BTW... Bought my N200 at Best Buy also.

Just checked updates and got the same update waiting.

Typical, UK have way more issues on the phone and they roll out a USA update without a UK update :/
anyone able to grab the url or update file itself from their phones?
EDIT:
URL is here: https://dl1.ztems.com/zxmdmp/downlo...ZTE A2017U/80686/update_P996A01_B18_to_B20.up
And I've uploaded the zip here: https://1drv.ms/f/s!Aml_mAb8_F4zpmIp2nL5ipl1oUOx as it is too large to upload here.
The OTA has a boot.img file, but it looks like it's a patch file; not sure if there is enough in there to pull the stuff needed for a device tree or not. That's the next test.

You can download the entire Chinese ROM for the chinese site (via the terrible Baidu Pan). You have to have either a ZTE or a Baidu account since it's 2.35 GB. Then you can unpack the whole image. I'd have to imagine there device tree would be the same since it's the same hardware.
http://www.myzte.cn/resource.php?mod=category
Their B07 ROM just released 8-8, so I'd imagine it's going to be pretty similar to the B20 build in content.

Nope. There is no US factory firmware posted anywhere. AFAIK, the European one is closer to the Chinese one than the US one, software wise. What's the version number of the European one.
The Chinese has been B04-B07. The US one has been B18 and B20.

Don't have the phone yet, just asked if it is possible to flash us rom since having more features than European version like dynamic lock screen or 60FPS video recording that European rom don't have.

I connected my phone to my computer, ran logcat and checked for the update. Digging through the resulting logcat file, I found the URL in my original post that I was able to download directly to my computer versus the phone.
The A20 boot.img seems to have added the fastboot code, it's a prerequisite for BL unlock.

I have received no updates for my Xiaomi Mi A3 since December 5 2020.

Hi, I've got model M1906F9SH and it hasn't received updates since December 5, 2020 (it's the date of my last security update). When was the last update for the phone? What can I do to update?
Also, is my model from some weird region or is it european or polish version?
Manually download the latest ota update package. Then go to updater then click the three dots then click choose update package and select the downloaded OTA update.

I don't have 3 dots in the updater as it's not a MIUI phone. Also, I don't want to install updates manually in fear of messing sth up. Anything I can do to force the phone to download updates from official servers?

What?
No. Lmao your saying that you installed AOSP?
that has NO updates.
Unless your willing to manually build the newer versions as google releases them.
Pretty sure people have made custom AOSP roms.
Those have updates at the discretion of the developer.

How To Guide Android 12 Root How-to (TMO converted to INTL version).

I'm by no means a developer and everything below is what I gathered online.
I came across Android 12 full OTA thanks to DA Recognized Developer mlgmxyysd and XDA Senior Member Some_Random_Username.
So I then extracted the payload.bin to get boot.img. Once I had it, I then patched it via the newest Magisk and downloaded the file to my computer.
After fastbooting the device, I could not run fastboot boot patched_image.img I kept getting errors.
So instead I risked it and ran:
fastboot flash boot patched_image.img
Then fastboot reboot recovery and kept my fingers crossed.
It worked, I'm now Tmo N200 5G converted to INTL and ROOTed.

FLASH AT YOUR OWN RISK.
I tried flashing this on my T-Mobile, unlocked, android 12 n200 and using this stock and patched boot image crashed my device. I realized afterwards that you were running the INTL version ROM and not the T-Mobile version ROM. So that was my mistake for not reading the thread title (duh), but easily fixed with the correct boot image. So for those on the T-Mobile version, I am including the files for rooting below.
I found a link to the T-Mobile Android 12 OTA here: https://community.oneplus.com/thread?id=1599362 . I extracted the payload.bin like @radekmazur did above, then patched with the newest Magisk. Here are those files:

How is Android 12 on stock T-Mobile phone? I have another Tmobile N200 5g still in a box.
Works fine for me. I uninstall T-Mobile Play or whatever that bloatware is called. But I use VVM and the T-Mobile app so they can stay. I also need Wifi-calling and Band 41 but wasn't sure if the Intl supported it properly. But it's lighter on the bloatware than the S22+ was.
they removed 5ghz band from wifi tethering in android 12 (both in Tmobile and Int roms)
Hmmm... I'm not sure this is true @Ytube21 I still have the 5ghz band option on my device. (see screenshot)

You can also just use fastboot enhanced to flash either TMobile or NA software to convert. I simply flashed the NA ota using fastboot enhanced and manually upgraded to 12 and switched back to TMobile software just by flashing the payload bin. No patched images required

So sadly I have had time to look up into the T-Mobile version so that is something I'm a lot of information for but a limit opposed to you that talks about that so hopefully that helps
I am currently on CPH2417_11_A.08 and I want to only go to A.13.. I DO NOT want to update to Android 13 (C.22).. but I cant seem to find this anywhere.. any ideas?
Oppo/Oneplus are systematically scrubbing all traces of the older OTA fw from all the known sites. This is why i havent made any updates to that thread for doing region swaps. My instructions still stand firmly for how its done and whats required, but now its kinda on a peer to peer basis, cuz all the OTA links that are now available anywhere have a new signature check that will make the fw not appear or fail flashing if you try them. But the steps still work... and Creeper36, if you came from a T-mobile original device, you do not want to take that next upgrade ... you CAN go up to A.12 and you will get your 5g , wifi calling, and volte all working... but anything A.13 and above will lock up all your apps and the only way to get the phone working again, is a factory reset, and a rollback. Some security function has been activated that can detect you original device fingerprint, and if you are on ANY fw other than a 2419 build, it triggers the app lock.
Im still working on finding out what needs to be removed from the CarrierDevicePolicy so that this doesnt happen, but i need root access to make progress, and i am on one of the newer 10T that have the Fastboot Protocol disabled. My advice would be to just search thru the oneplus community pages or go to the telegram/discord channels... both are user operated, so you can message someone or just ask the group for the file you want and chances are someone has it, who can help you. I have A.15 but its for the 2415 build. All the fw you find below that version on the common sites (gsm mafia... etc) are packages you will need the msm tool or qfil to flash.
Does this mean I can pull boot from this and finally bl unlock/root my 2417 on Android 13?!
Can someone explain me what is the difference between 2415Global and 2417NA versions of OOS? What is good and of course what is bad? I just flashed my ACE PRO to Global 2415 want to know if it is worth to change to 2417NA? Thanks in advance
