Question Call recording app? - Samsung Galaxy A52 5G

Hello.
Did anyone find a functional application for recording calls?

Because some countries have laws against call recording without both part consent Samsung like most other makers block this in firmware. Many countries have laws that require only one part to consent (the recording part) to recording and so it is not blocked in this case. Sometime firmware’s are for a group of countries and then if any of the countries have the stricter law for call recording is blocked.
To get call recording you will most likely require root access.

Or you can change the country code to one that has call recording built in

The country of origin of the sim card will sometimes decide whether call recording is enabled or blocked.

I agree. That was my experience with previous models. Oddly enough it doesn't seem to be the case here.

Other handsets do it too. If an Oppo is set to UK/US theres no record but set it to HK and the option will appear.

What is the best way to record calls?

I'm still searching a valid way to record the calls, currently I have the H7 PLK-L01 B380.
First of all, i've tried to enable the stock call recorder of H7 (in EU is disabled due to the privacy policy), i've followed various thread on XDA on how to enable this feature, i've done all steps, but when i try to start a recording, this immediatly stop and giving me an "Unknown Error" message.
Then i've tested the following apps:
- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nll.acr
- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.toh.callrecord
- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.boldbeast.recorder (recommended for Huawei devices)
- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.skvalex.callrecorder (paid app)
But all of these at maximum record only by internal device MIC (all other recording methods not working), then my voice is clear and loud, but the voice of others have a very very low volume, because that is recorded by MIC that come from ear's speaker.
So, someone know a valid way to record the calls in Both direction (Caller and Called)?

Any 2-way call recorder app for S21 Exynos that *actually* works? The native call recorder isn't supported in my region

Are there any apps that actually work? I've tried Cube ACR, Total Recall, ACR, SKValex ... I tried all their settings (particularly sound source settings), and none of them to proper 2-way recording, i.e. the other party is not audible (only my voice is). Some apps try ugly tricks like boost the audio volume and record from the microphone so that the other person can be heard very faintly, but all that does it distort my voice as it's too amplified.
Note: this is for the Exynos chip, not Snapdragon.
Note2: In a different thread some folks were claiming that CUbe ACR or SKValex or Total Recall are working, but I can confirm they are not. Or at least not for me.
I know it's possible to reflash my phone with an India/Indonesia CSC, but I don't want to do that (too much to reconfigure, some banking apps then also want my passport again etc and I don't want to extra impersonation exposure).
Did you solve?
cube acr works
on german exynos 991B
recording settings in cube: voice recognition software
change slider position

Question Call recording?

Anyone knows how to enable call recording on the new pro? Thanks!
There's a magisk module that works for it if you're rooted, linked below. I use this successfully. The only downside I have is no on/off in the dialer that I can find
axet / android-call-recorder · GitLab
Android Call Recorder. Simple recording app, using native Android interfaces to record sound.

Yeah it's a paid app and requires root to fully function, but it's the best call recorder I've used. You can set rules of when and who to record based on number, whether to autosave recordings or prompt you after the call.
I am glad that this APP, which I have bought for my Pixel 3, still works for Pixel 6

Using this one (root method): https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/mod-root-enable-call-recording-on-google-phone.4278659/
Works great with default dialer, only con is that I have to kill the phone app after every reboot (it will say 'not supported in your region' if I don't do it).

Question How to enable call recording on the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra in EU?

Hey, is there any way to enable call recording on S23U without rooting or changing CSC? Maybe with adb? Regards
The call recording app from skvalex works perfectly fine without root or changing csc on my US variant and you can get it on the play store or on fdroid

Sounds interesting, how is the loudness for both voices ? I ask because many recording solutions I tried record your own voice just fine, but the other side is barely audible in the recordings....
As to the OPs question: I presently have changed my CSC from EUX to SEK (INS is also possible) and have native call recording .... more info is in this thread
Duplicate Post sorry

I hear both sides just fine at roughly the same volume. Let me find a not personal recording and I'll post it for you to listen if you want to.

Should. I haven't tested it though
what is the argument against a csc change?
By changing CSC, you will only gain. Skvalex and all similar ones record through a microphone; by changing CSC, you will achieve native recording, which is of the highest quality.

Seems not available for me in the play store, also call recording is not available in one ui on my phone, does this matter? Because I believe currently there is no app that can record audio correctly IF the call recording feature is disabled because of country laws.

You get the actual call recording app from fdroid not the playstore. And in my country (us) call recording is disabled through CSC but this app has always worked for me. The app I mentioned from the playstore is the pro unlocker app that will unlock extra features like cloud backup but call recording is completely free
