Because, the stock cam app of RN 10 Pro doesen't allows changing the lens while recording, can't allow to turn on or off the flash while recording.
I will try to add a working Samsung Camera app.

Well, that's weird. Do normal screen rotation works? on any standard apps (landscape/portrait). If yes, try going into the app list and clear the Data for the camera app and check. If not, brace for a factory reset.
If still persists, Sony service center.

this update did not fix the camera stutter / lag issue, i made 4 videos today, 3 of them had frame drop and were stuttering, and my phone was not even hot. Also third party apps still have NO image stabilization support for video.
Did I hear correctly? Is Sammy bring a 22Ultra with an enhanced sensor and pro mode with real raw files? Or is this some YouTube wannabee's dream cycle poisoning the rumor mill? I read that Samsung and Apple have some kind of modified raw. I guess that is incorrect.

It's saved as a DNG file on Samsung's.
