S9+ Bricked in download mode

Hello, I have a problem with my G965F, the phone only turns on to download mode when booting with the power button. Phone can be put into recovery mode. Erasing cache and restoring to factory defaults in recovery mode does not give anything and phone still turns on only in download mode. I can't upload new software because phone has KG lock and OEM lock. Any ideas?
Thank you in advance.

[CLOSED] After 2020 February OTA update, Nokia 7.1 is stuck on boot logo.

Hi
I got a Nokia 7.1 TA1097. It is stuck on Bootscreen. I tried Hard factory reset and its stuck in the reset process. I tried several fixes with "ADB & Fastboot", and another one OST LA. It shows an error "0xc6da" when I start. And I tried adb sideload method and tried to install after February 2020 (like march 2020 OTA update)
Its stuck on 47% and not showing any error. Then I tried another updates (above 2021 maintainance updates, showing an error
verifying update package....
E:failed to verify whole-file signature
update package verification took 4.2s (result 1).
E:Signature verification failed
E:error: 21
(installation aborted)
)
and some of them shows another type of errors like installation error, verification error, package is for source build ooWW_4_08A but expected 00WW_4_08D
and tried at apply update from SD Card
shows same error and one which i mentioned above (its stuck at 47%) same as here, stuck at "Installing update"
and I tried nokia tool from github. I tried with two keys like DRG something....
after that phone reboot from EDL (download/ fastboot mode) to normal boot but its still stuck on screen
and Again I tried hard reset, It stucks on that reset process on hours
And I m using stock ROM. Not rooted
