No development for 8a pro/dual ..
There's no real custom roms for redmi 8a right now. The closest thing we have right now are GSI system images which should definitely work for the 8a pro so long as your download the proper ones.

I have a xiaomi redmi note 9s global standard version (MI) so I'm going to unlock the bootloader to install the india version in case the xiaomi redmi note 9 pro rom both have the same codename (CURTANA) I don't know if I'm correct but the only difference of these two would be that the redmi note 9s supports HDR other than that they are the same so my doubt is if I can switch to rom without problems in case I want to do the procedure through mi flash by mi flash via festboot ?
