Good night, the new phone was submerged in the sea, the touch screen stopped working, after several months I turned it on again and it started working, I took out everything I had and did a factory reset, I don't think so I would have erased everything and I wouldn't have done the reset anyway it was still working. I have started to reinstall everything and the touch has failed again. I try to do a factory reset and when I hit wipe, it asks me to put a number that I can't put because the screen doesn't work.
Please any solution?

You should enable USB debugging and ADB, so you can interact with an app like Vysor from your PC.

The touch screen doesn´t work then I can`t enable usb debugging, I can`t start session because at the begiing I have to introduce the password, and I try to do a factory reset but also I can, because I have to put a number and touch screen doesn´t work.

Hi,
I just flashed my Gaxaxy S2 with the lintening rom yesterday. Everything has been working fine. Last night I setup my email, which was working fine. Part of the email setup requires yos to setup a password on the device. I remember the phone asked for 2 seperate password. Later on the phone restarted, but since then I am unable to get into the handset. My password is not working, and I do not know why.
The phone is booting into the Litening Rom, but is asking "Enter password to unlock". In the hope of getting the phone to reset I have entered the password wrong over 100 times, but it keeps on asking for the password. When I enter the password incorrectly 5 times, it says.. "Incorrect Password entered x times. Wait 30 seconds and try again".
Any suggestions how I can clear this prompt ? I dont care if I loose all my data on the phone...

If I were u, I would do factory reset from cwm, this will erase ur password with everything else

You don't mean the PIN, do you? You may be screwed if you lost your efs folder.

Exactly what happened...
Installed the rom
Setup Outlook to connect to my exchange 2007 server using ssl.
The exchange server enforced by policy a password to be set on the device.
I set the password.
When phone restarted, password was not being accepted...
Now cannot get past the password prompt... have tried entering the wrong password 100 times, but it wont reset the device....
is there a way to clear the password ? or even wipe the entire device and install a new rom ?

I had the exact same problem. Factory resetting through cwm even flashing new rom after full wipe didnt work. Flashed stock rom, without rooting go into recovery mode and then do a hard reset.

I think I have this exact same issue caused by active sync. I re-flashed Litening 3 times and try some other ROMs nothing worked! I will try re-flashing the stock rom like you did @5kops and see how I go.

Hello, I have a problem with my s3 I9300. The flashlight is always on. If i open the camera it works normally but in any other case it keeps on. When the device is starting, after reboot, the flash turn on during boot.
The phone fell a few days in the sink, this was how it start to happen, but everything else seems to work properly.
Any idea? I already did a factory reset.

Sounds like a hardware issue, water can do funny things to electronics similar to this, also Questions go in the q&a area.

@Darke5tShad0w i don't think it's a hardware issue because when i reboot the phone into safe mode, it works fine and the flashlight doesn't turn on

I stumbled upon a problem with my Alcatel Ideal 4060A AT&T and i'm only posting this question here after spent hours researching this forum and googling with no luck so I'd appreciate any help.
So the problem began one morning, phone froze and after restarting it reboots normally but after about 20 seconds it starts a cascade of errors:
Unfortunately, Joy Launcher has stopped .. OK
I press OK
Unfortunately, Email has stopped.. OK
I press OK
Unfortunately, Browser has stopped.. OK
I press OK
Unfortunately, Exchange Services has stopped.. OK
i goes like this for all processes.
Process system isn't responding, DO you want to close it?
it's an endless loop and phone is unusable .
I tried hard resetting, restore to manufacture defaults with the holding power + volume up way, choose wipe data/factory reset . It says it is resetting to factory defaults, it goes through like normal but after the reset nothing changed. the installed apps are still there and so are the errors. even the factory restore is corrupted.
I also tried rebooting and using that 20 second window where the phone works normal and go to settings>Backup andReset, Facory data reset > reset phone . it's very odd it asks to set up a new password, I type any password and it goes to factory reset but nothing changes after the reset.
Now after researching I found out it's possible to try flashing the boot and restoring with factory img. tried without success because I can't root the phone.
Please let me know what I can do, other than using it as a paper weight.

If I was you I would follow super guide for the Alcatel ideal, to get twrp, unless you already have it. Then , re install rom

What did you do before your phone began giving such errors?
I am using the firmware 1028 (android 7) but, even when i used android 6.0, my mi box 3 AB, restarts or freeze just a few moments when i use it. I upgraded to android 7.0 to see with this problem will be solved but no. Every time i use my mi box, using kodi or youtube, the box restarts or freeze. I dont know what i can do, i searched in the web and just find one guy that had the same problem and he didnt find any clue or help! I think that maybe is a heat problem but sometimes when the problem occurs the mi box is not hot!!! could anyone help me???

Are you using the factory original power supply that shipped with the device? It has unique power requirements that are not satisfied by generic power bricks.

yes bro! I already did this:
I turned on the mi box with the power supply that camewith it and, at the same time, plug a usb cable M/M in my other device for cable tv.
I turned on the mi box with a usb cable and a power supply that i have for a cellphone (usb).
In both situations the problem persists (freezes and reboots)
ı have the same problem after sometime using it with external harddrive pluged in, I realised device was continiously restarting itself. Then I unplugged the harddrive. It seemed ok but no. Now I have both usb issues (I had to change developer settings to recognize plugged in usb sticks, when I connect harddrive it restarts again and again) and both sudden restart/freeze restarts . Even sometimes when it restarts,device lags in like every 2 or 3 second. dont know what to do. I was in 1028 then upgraded to 1560 beta and factory reset but no.
have you got any fix for the problem yet?
I kind of think it is and hardware issue like emmc or smt like that. I will try warranty.

I received an update on my Redme 5 Plus las night. After installing it my phone has stopped working. I did see a message that was something like 'This update cannot be installed on this device', and prompted me to Reboot. Since then I am stuck on Reboot. I have tried factory resetting using the 'Wipe data' option as well. I also installed MI PC Suite, connected the phone to the PC and played around, nothing happens. Clicking on R.Flash says that the device is up to date.
I am now desperate, somebody please help. I have looking up on forums etc, but haven't been able to figure it out yet. The phone is only a month old, was quite happy so far.

I never used mi pc suite, if you have your bootloader unlocked download fastboot rom and flash it through miflash tool. Also you can install a custom recovery like TWRP in fastboot mode and try any of the custom roms
