boot loop issue - Samsung Galaxy A21s Questions & Answers

İ updated magisk then rebooted my phone, it then entered into a boot-loop I cant enter download mode or bootloader mode and PC doesn't recognize my phone anyone who can help me please would very much appreciated

Which device is it? I'd guess it is a Samsung device, as you mentioned the download mode, but we still need to know the exact model to help you. The phone's model number can most easily be found on the box the phone came in.

its a Samsung galaxy A21s model number SM-A217f

and also when i boot to bootloader mode it just keeps saying entering fastboot mode

I would recommend moving this thread to the appropriate forum, which is the Samsung Galaxy S21s Q&A forum. I'd think this needs to be done by a staff member; therefore, I will send them a message asking them to move it for you.

[Q] Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-5830D Crashed

Deal Friends,
I got Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-5830D from Canada and It was network unlocked. The Android Version: gingerbread 2.3.4
Network Koodo.
when i take it it was working very well. only issue was network unlock. At that time it was possible to switch to recover mode and download mode but after I tried upgrading firmware the phone was not loading OS or even its not possible to ON it with recover mode.
I tried reading many article publish hear as well as android forum. I couldn't find out a solution.
My phone is not working. can go to Download mode only.
I followed the instruction give here to unlock my phone;
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1645164
un-lucky it didn't work for me. after that my phone stuck at booting.
Using odin3 multidownloader also I tried (flashed) but didn't work. But it is detecting my phone.
at the very first time when I attached to my phone to PC, Kies show the details on the picture attached.
Even I try to use adb shell to restore the file but adb shell is not detected my phone. see the attached picture
Please be kind enough to help me to recover my phone.
YOU any one can help me in fixing my phone I greatly appreciate.

Thanks

You have used the wrong tutorial to unlock your phone. The GT-S5830i has completely different hardware specifications and partition table from the GT-S5830D, which is the same as the Original Galaxy Ace.
Unfortunately, you have already done the phone in, and the only advice would be to send it for service, and use the appropriate tutorial next time.
You wouldn't care where I sent this message from.

Please tell more about your device mate . And go search on your phone forum instead here, I'm sure there is a guide for hard brick device in your phone's forum.
For example, I've a LG G2, and well, when in qhsusb_bulk mode, it can't be recover, so don't worry now.

Stuck in Early Stage of Chainfires' Root Canal

Hello to all,
This is copy of HELP post i added on --[GT-I930x/T/N][SHV-E210*][SHW-M440S] CF-Auto-Root--. It appears that forum is not active anymore. HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME SOLVE MY MINOR PROBLEM:
Dear Doctor,
I really wanted this [THE ROOT] to work on the first go, but as i learned in kindergarten: A noob stays a noob. At least for a while.
In ODIN, after I did EVERYTHING Master Chinfire said to do, I hit "Start", but the proccess stops and says "Succeed 0/ Failed 1".
So i couldn't finish with the download
+
I can't figure how to attach a screen shot of th error for you.
Please help,
TNX
P.S.
I have tried to ro read different posts on the subject but never found a problem similer to mine. The only solution people offered was to download SuperSU directly through the phone. But in order to do that, i need to open a google account, which is one of the reasons i wish to root the phone on the first place.

Realme U1 unable to boot at all

Greetings, everyone. I'm unable to boot my Realme U1, after a recent unwise decision of relocking its bootloader after flashing a custom boot image i found over this thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help/method-rooting-realme-u1-t3916683
I hadn't encountered locked bootloaders before, so I realised it isn't supposed to work with android pie, which resulted in a system crash.
Now i'm unable to get the device recognized by my pc at all,and it keeps saying that the current boot image is destroyed and cannot boot.
Also, only recovery mode is working.
Any suggestions on what i must do to fix this?
any kinda help would be greatly appreciated
and thanks
I also have exact problem no solution till now!!!

Hey man!
It's not a hardbrick, its soft brick.
If you can access recovery then flash a custom recovery, then flash the original boot.img and recovery.img, then reboot to COS recovery flash your ozip and reboot this should fix it!
Hope this helps!

Rooting Note10 Lite with Android 12

What a crazy few days it's been.
This phone is really locked down hard by vodaphone.
I need to root it in order to install the full NetHunter suite. Some features are not available if the phone is not rooted. ie adding another wifi adapter that supports packet injection and monitor mode.
So my 1st move was Frija, and odin. This nearly bricked my device. Got it restored and went with the magisk route.
This is kind of where I'm stuck. fastboot. I did adb reboot-bootloader and it just sits on this green text that says...
Entering fastboot...

Fastboot commands does not work. Obviously.
My 1st mission is to fastboot oem unlock.
So I've read a few devices has fastboot disabled by the providers. ie vodaphone, or even samsung?
I've tried my google foo but found nothing of value for these parameters. note 10 lite, android 12, vodaphone.
What should my next angle be?

Solved the fastboot portion. But it would seem this phone is unrootable.
Bootloader is unlocked.
But no TWRP available:

any updates ?

Hello, I have successfully rooted a Samsung tablet without TWRP. After unlocking the bootloader, you need to use Frija to download the firmware file, and then you need to extract it. After that, you can send the AP partition file to your phone over adb, patch it in the Magisk app, and pull it back to your computer. From there you need to flash it in Odin, and do a factory reset from recovery mode. (When downloading the firmware file choose the correct model, software version, and CSC.) I can send a short video proof of the rooted tablet later when I get home from school)

So what you need to do is:
Install some drivers
Build an edl cable with an old USB cable to force it into edl without test point
And then download stock firmware and flash it in qfil

Would you be able to help me locate the stock rom? I have this gut feel this is why I'm bricking it all the time. Maybe Frija is grabbing the wrong image. Then when magisk patch it, the core is wrong, then it goes haywire

The only sticker on the box.
We can close this thread. I've come to the conclusion that the Note 10 Lite is a terrible platform to try and root. Virtually zero roms out there. Bricked it 3 times already.
Going to sell it, and try and get my hands on something like an old netbook
