If you are still in gb just connect your Neo V to your pc via usb, (let it install pc companion, if you haven't already), run pc companion and it will find a new firmware version. Do the update. The last official update is .587.
Neo V isn't officialy supported anymore. So, .587 will be the last one and there won' t be any official JB update.
You can only find some custom ROMS around, if you are interested in the JB feel.
Of course, this needs rooted device and sometomes unlocked bootloader.

How to Flash?
Quick Instructions:
TWRP -> Mount System -> Install -> Navigate to system/mods -> Flash
Step by Step Instructions:
Step 1, in recovery hit Mount.
Step 2, select system so it has the check mark.
Step 3, hit Install.
Step 4, Make sure you are on Internal Storage and if see a screen something like this, hit (Up A Level)
Step 5, Scroll down and hit system then scroll down again and hit mods.
Step 6, Choose which type of mod you want to install and hit that folder.
Step 7, Now hit the specific mod you want to install.
Step 8, Swipe to flash the mod like you install any other zip.
Step 9, Hit Reboot System and you are all done.

Downloaded and installed. Couldn't get past the play store setup, every time i put in my user and password it started flashing at onedrive. tried to install again and the same thing happened. i did clean install with advanced wipe procedures as directed and still no good. btw love your roms, using them on my note 4 also. thanks for sharing and your time.

i had that kernel installed on my previous rom and after i installed tekhd's rom it is still there, and having no problems thus far.
