Hi guys, sorry for the stupid question. I just got my pixel and I have this blue lock "bubble" that is always on top of the screen. I don't know what it does as it doesn't do anything when I click it. How do I remove it?

It looks like a theme for MIUI, which is a Rom. You may want to search google with the name of your phone. You must be rooted as it is a Rom. Then I would ask to see if anyone can identify that theme.
