Important Info:
To flash this rom you need TWRP 3.3.1-0 or newer.
Make sure you have the vendor, radio, & bootloader images installed, from the stock 10.0.0 (QP1A.191005.007.A3, Dec 2019) factory image.
They can be extracted from the factory image on Google's site here.
Instructions:
If updating from a previous AOSP-11 build, follow the steps below:
If you don't already have them installed, flash the newest vendor, radio, and bootloader images linked above.
Boot into TWRP.
Flash the ROM zip.
Reboot.
Note: if you previously flashed GApps and/or the SU addon, there's no need to flash them again. They will be automatically re-installed during rom zip installation.
If coming from a different ROM:
If you don't already have them installed, flash the newest vendor, radio, and bootloader images linked above. also make sure you have the newest TWRP, linked above.
Boot into TWRP.
Wipe system & data & cache partitions.
Format data.
Flash rom & GApps & SU zips (GApps & SU zips are optional).
Reboot & enjoy.

Back to original TWRP: Just flash it.
By fastboot:

where "name of recovery" has to be replaced with its original name.
Or by TWRP, under install change from zip to img ending and choose recovery instead of boot.

Installing:
1. Download TWRP or use PBRP
2. Flash TWRP or OFox
3. Wipe Dalvik/Art Cache, Cache, System, Product and Vendor
4. (Yes you have to wipe product. The old partition name was cust, but we use it now as product)
5. Format data
6. Reboot to recovery
7. Download CipherOS and copy it to your device
8. Flash CipherOS
Update the ROM:
1. Download the newest CipherOS version
2. Copy it to your phone
3. Flash CipherOS in the recovery
